Breakfast was nothing special and they charge extra for silly things which seems to happen alot in the Philippines (nickel n diming) Location was aaay from the scene which wasn’t a problem as we wanted to relax and it was good for that..!!

The silly nickel & diming for little things should not happen but does too often and thus leaves a bad taste so I repeat~stop squeezing every penny from the customers and give instead of take then they will write better reviews and your business will prosper and grow with ease…

The place are very clean and neat, great friendly staff.

The dinner and breakfast was mediocre. The chef there did not use hat or hairnet, and no cloths for food making.

For the price.... this hotel is excellent value. Only four years old so still quite modern and fresh. It's situated slightly out of the centre, which takes 15 minutes to walk to the Cathedral. The reception staff were excellent, particularly Sarah Jane who was so helpful and friendly. Our room was quite compact but fresh, clean and comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was very low and we could only get cold water through it.... lots of comments about this in other reviews. There is a lift if you have heavy luggage or feel lazy..... Breakfast which is included is pre-ordered the night before, is simple but okay. You pay extra for a cup of "good" coffee. We had some lunch there but felt the portion size was small for the price.... In summary, great value, excellent reception staff and we would not hesitate to stay there again.

Low shower pressure and no hot water....

For me the best hotel I've been in the Philippines. The staff is so nice and helped us for so many things such as tours, transport etc. For breakfast you have to choose from a small list of Filipino dishes (or pancakes if you're boring or sick) and honestly the food was amazing, it is a 100% better and tastier than all those buffets settings. The room isn't high end but it's clean, and again our stay was so nice compared to other higher end hotels that it didn't even matter that much. The price for this quality of service is really amazing. Also big thank you to the guide in collaboration with the hotel who made us discover so many beautiful things. If you're there ask for Jason :-)

Everything was perfect!

Pretty new hotel. With very spacious and clean rooms. With a very comfortable bed end quite airconditioning. Including very basic breakfast but ok to start the day with. Very good wifi in the room. A couple of small good restaurants just around the corner.

Almost no hot water in the shower. On the backside of the hotel are living a lot of dogs in the gardens from the houses. The dogs barking a lot and really loud. It starts early in the morning around 6am and goes on during the day till late in the night. So if you think you could sleep out then you are wrong.

Great hotel, amazing staff, great location! I could extend for 2 more nights without any issue. They allowed me to do a bank transfer + cash out as my cards were unfortunately cancelled and I was running out of cash. The staff are amazing, very accommodating, and make sure you're feeling comfortable. You will always find someone at the reception. The room was spacious, the bathroom clean, the bed comfy, the aircon working well. Great breakfast, they also have lunch and dinner available for an extra. Great location too as it is away from the main and loud road. I would come back again with no hesitation!

The only thing was the wifi which was very slow on the 3rd floor so it was not easy to organise my next trip, but that was the only issue I could notice.

The place is very clean , close & accessible to the church , malls , downtown area , with kind & courteous staff . The service is superb, did all what we needed to do with very hospitable owner Mrs Roa & staff . The accommodation is great , a very comfortable place to stay away from home.

None . We stayed there for 18 days & there is nothing that we can complain about. It is a perfect temporary home ever . The room where we stayed reminded us of the room we had in Paris , France , quaint & comfortable through & through.

Very clean, spacious, bright rooms, smelled lovely when I checked in. Good wifi, new A/C- strong and super quiet which is a rare find! The staff are super friendly and attentive, they helped out with arranging my transport, plus they always provide immediate assistance with anything you need. Lovely breakfast included. 7-11 just a few mins away, good coffee place 4 mins away, the neighborhood is safe and walkable. Shopping malls 10 mins away by foot. I would have extended my stay there if I had more time. One of the nicer stays so far.

Great value, so affordable specially when you are traveling for so long & want to spend a good few days in Bohol. We stayed 5 nights! Super clean & room service available every day! Great breakfast!

Cannot complain due to the low price :) Maybe if the place is looking at a future development, would be great to build in a pool. We missed it when we were there and it changes your experience after a long day of road trip to get back to your hotel for a swim! Obviously offering when a pool built on, the night fare could be a increased but would be still reasonable!

Me and my family stayed for 3 days and it was better than expected. Walking distance to the plaza, cathedral, market, and malls. The gem in this place are their amazing staffs -very accommodating and professional, special thanks to Sherwin, he is truly outstanding, also thanks to Mia and Fe Angelie of front desk, Jessalyn, Johnavy,Marven, Michelle,Jossene of housekeeping.The breakfast is good and they have ala carte options too. They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. Kudos to the kitchen staff Mark and Mark Daryll. Highly recommended and will certainly be back.
