I booked the room for my family. I informed Cresebo Mansion that I would not be staying there, but rather my sister and niece. Cresebo Mansion was extremely accommodating and accommodated my request. My family was extremely pleased and satisfied during their stay. The hotel is located in the city center and is easily accessible to the grocery mall. The facility is modern and impeccably clean. The room is exceptionally spacious and the most significant feature is its complimentary parking and complimentary breakfast.

Great location, away from bustling noises but very near the city center. The rooms are spacious. Free breakfast. Fast internet connection. Very approachable staff. Water is free, you can bring along your water container and saves from buying bottled ones. No basic toiletries but you can bring along travel kits. Bathroom is clean and with bidet.

Everything was great. Probably just the absence of the toiletries. But I'm used to bringing my own during travels.

Love the hospitality n friendliness of staff. Excellent facilities. Love tge historical ambiance.

Need an elevator especially for senior citizens but still very good service. Maybe choice of continental breakfast.

Very clean, AC, room was fairly priced and the staff were very helpful. Bathrooms are very nice too. Very close to main roads, bok-boks are everywhere and dont have to wait forever for one.

Ants, they emerge at the slight essence of food or drink in a room. Ants are a problem everywhere in the Philippines though, so be prepared. Breakfast could use some work, only a few options. Also, no elevator, wheelchair and people with heavy luggage beware.

Service - very good. They are thoughtful and considerate. Room was good (size, AC, bed, and hot water) Location is good. Not to far from the pier. Food was good as well. Other reviews commented about no elevator. That wasn't a problem. Not only do they carry the luggage but they put us on the second floor without asking.

Wifi is a portal with a new password daily. To be fair they do provide more than one password when checking in. TV is very small.

The staff very accomodating and friendly. The rooms clean and they provide what we need considering we are a big group. Overall our stay is perfect.

I like the breakfast that was cooked before it served. The room was big and spacious. The location was near to the shopping areas.

The hotel has no lift or elevator going up to upper kevel.
