The location is near to my place

The room is not too clean.the flush of the toilet it wasn't flush,the light brown out before we leave the place

The CR was not that clean.

No deposit , friendly staff

I wish the shower had more psi pressure

I like how it was easily accessible from the road, we didn't have any trouble locating the property. Every store in Tagbilaran was accessible and we didn't have any issues booking transportation

It was not well maintained. The wooden floors were creaky, and we could hear the steps from the neighboring rooms. It was almost like a former college dorm turned into hostel. The photos were also not updated

I like that the location is close to ICM, Alturas, and BQ. I also like that the check in was smooth and fast.

Lower your expectation, you get what you pay for. If you want luxurious and clean place, book accordingly.

No water to take a bath.. So i left without shower.

Limited and very small space. And it was advertised that the room would have TV but the actual had none. No toiletries were also provided.

The man who checked me in was lovely. He should work somewhere else.

The room was absolutely disgusting. The sheets were stained with what looked like blood. There was black stuff all over the sheets clumps of hair stuck to the floor. Yellow stains running down the walls. The price is appalling for what I stayed in. You couldn't even pay me to stay there again. I was also told I had to check out by 9 when on the website it states 12 o'clock. I didn't even check in until midnight. Do yourself a favor do not stay here! It was also very noisy.

Oh this is sooooo weird room, We booked for days but after staying for 3 hours finding about the situation and safety of the room, we have to look for other hotel. The only thing I like is the people that work there, they understood the situation. It is not livable with a broken restroom, broken pipe, unfinished paint, super dusty and just not safe for kids and adukts to live. Trash is everywhere outside. But after several calls to Booking and messaging, we have to ask for refund due to unsafe living, fortu nately, they refunded us. Good location for sure I just hope that they finished and keep it more livable for guests.
