I really enjoyed the friendliness and accommodation from the staff. The breakfast was good - a lot more "Western" options would have been good. The description of the beach available was off. I was expecting a proper beach where we could lounge and have kids play in the sand. This was not the case.

The facilities in water sports are quite nice. Staffs are friendly too.

The view in G building is so so - I can see the two buildings in the front and they are ugly. Only a portion of view in my right is sea. The rooms are a bit old. Probably because my booking is the basic/standard. Many services are still accepting cash or with extra 12% charge if you use Credit Cards.

Breakfast was great. Excellent food choices. The only recommendation on food is to include fresh ripe mango fruit on the menu! The pools are awesome as well as the equipment. Snorkling grounds are fantastic! Great to have free lifevest and snorkling equipment are available for rental.

Some of the facilities needs upgrade includiing the basketball court - full court would be better. The cement is not even and the basketball is worn out. The ping pong rockets are also worn out. Can't enjoy playing ping pong because of the rockets. The gym has a very strick policy of only kids over 16 years old are allowed. Consider lowering the age limit as my kids 9 and 11 years old are going to the gym here in the states (like most kids) are wanted to continue their exercise routine while on vacation. The restaurants also need some improvement. We tried all of them and we did not enjoy the food. At the Chinese restaurant, water was dripping out of the aircon exhaust in the ceiling and was falling into our food!!!

-Several pool areas for both adults and kids. -Beach was clean with white sand. We were able to see marine life thriving as we were swimming. -Breakfast buffet had variety of cuisine and cooked deliciously. -Several activities to do and or see ie aqua aerobics, banana boat, fire dance

-Location of the resort is not ideal due to traffic, narrow roads including chaotic mini shops outside the hotel. -Beach or pool towels always ran out despite several attempts to secure one. -Some parts of the resort looked outdated already and needs renovation i.e. kiddie pool floor paint have come off

Everything about Jpark Island Resort & Waterpark Cebu was perfect. We stayed for 2 weeks and had a wonderful experience. Even when I unexpectedly got sick and had to be admitted to the hospital for 6 days, the resort went above and beyond to help. They immediately arranged their in-house doctor and emergency vehicle to bring me to the hospital. They were very understanding and allowed my kids and family to stay comfortably while I was away. The staff was incredibly helpful, kind, and professional the entire time.

I have no negative comments. Everything was positive, even during a very difficult situation.

Kids had a great time, we barely left except to cross the road for icecream and korean food. Room is clean, slightly damp but overall good condition. Breakfast is great in the main restaurant, we tried other ones not on par at the all, just go early and wait for it. Waterpark is well functioned, we able to use it on the day we checking out as well, which was quite nice. Bonus point: Beach towels were warm and fluffy, smells like cookies. We stayed at Shangri la down the road right after, we were seriously considering coming back if the booking wasn't non-refundable.

Everything was lovely and felt very luxurious. The staff were respectful and professional, and the spa is definitely a must-try. The food at Abalone was excellent—clean, flavorful, and offered a nice variety of Korean and Japanese cuisine. While there were fewer American options, we still thoroughly enjoyed every meal. The pool was well-maintained and spotless. The highlight for my two kids was Pororo Park—they spent two full days there and absolutely loved it. Next time we book, we’re definitely trying the Pororo Suite!

We had hoped to capture drone footage for a bird's-eye view, but unfortunately, it wasn't allowed even in the early morning. On our last night, there were two disturbances with someone ringing the doorbell at 9 PM and again at 1 AM, though no one was there when I answered. It was quite disruptive considering I needed to prepare for a 15-hour flight.

JPark is an excellent resort for your family and kids. It's a massive place with lots of things to do. You won't get bored here for about 2-3 days of enjoyment. The breakfast buffet is the largest buffet I have ever seen. The food tailor's toward all ethnic background which is amazing. I also liked that we could walk out the front gate and experience some local culture, however across the street was mostly Korean restaurant. I did enjoy that you could walk to 7-11 and get some basic things if you need.

I can't really thing of anything that I did not like.

Best place for kids

A little old facilities, but being kept clean.

Overall it was a great space for our family holiday. Having a separate bedroom from the living space was ideal, especially with an early bedtime for our little one. The resort was great, excellent pools, lots of water activities and really easy to get around the resort.

The beds could have been a little more comfortable. I found them to be quite thin and hard. We had some issues with some of the lights not working, but it didn't really bother us.
