I like the location of the hotel and they have a cafe almost 24 hours open. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful but some need some training on customer service.They have to understand that some of the guests have traveled 24 hours to reach Manila and are desperate to rest. So it would be nice to feel welcomed. The area is clean.

The room needs updating as it's getting old now. The bed needs thorough cleaning as on my first night I ended up with bed bug bites all over my legs. I requested to have it cleaned and double the beddings so I can sleep better..Some of the air conditioning needs maintenance or maybe replacing as it's not that cold anymore in the room.

This hotel is great value. It offered a clean, comfortable room in a convenient location above a small mall, quite close to the centre of Manila. The WiFi worked well, and staff were quite pleasant. There are no real facilities to speak of, but you can get food in the mall downstairs, and it's a quick taxi ride to the old centre and other parts of Manila. It's not beautiful or charming, but it's a cheap and convenient base for exploring the city.

We were surprised to find that the room had no window, and there was no possibility to move to one that did - it seems most of the rooms here are windowless. I think this could be made clearer when booking, and perhaps offer the opportunity to pay a little more for a room with a window. Also no fridge in the room.

Rooms were spacious and clean. It took a while to figure out the A/C in some rooms but everything worked. Reception staff is very responsive and the price-quality ratio is great. Next door of this hotel there is a huge shopping mall, pharmacy, etc. which turned out to be very very handy.

Internet got spotty during rush hours but overall was good. Breakfast was a bit of a surprise - I was expecting a breakfast room and buffet, but I either didn't read the small print or this changed - I am too lazy to check, but the end result is that breakfast was brought to you room. With a group, we were able to use the tables in the hallways and eat together, but have a full, hot meal at 6 am with a jetlag was a bit much, so we did decide to skip it ever since. What I gathered is that breakfast is the same every day (plain rice, boiled egg, some stew), but maybe this need to be negotiated? We ended up buying something smaller for our needs (in order not to waste food).

Our room was quiet and had a window with a great view of downtown Manila. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. It was located close to the places we wanted to visit.

A small refrigerator would have been nice. The room was cold and we had to turn off the Aircon. I know the system is tied into he mall and can't be made warmer.

I can’t fault the property, the location is the prime thing, it’s very near to everything that you want to go to, and as I said about staff, very good and very helpful and room, clean and present

Clean, Comfortable and Smells Fresh!!!! The staff were very polite, courteous and greeted everyone with a smile. I like the rain shower, the smell of the soaps. I appreciate that there is a hygiene kit and water dispensers. Spotless clean everywhere.

I feel suffocated because we were assigned in a room situated in the middle so there is no window. Pay parking. TV and remote did not worked during our last hours of stay. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay.

The reception and security staff really make this place shine. They were always willing to help out and assist. The rooms are well sized but the beds were super hard. We added the breakfast to our room and it did not disappoint. Having a Robinson’s Mall right next door was very convenient.

The noise from the many students staying in the hotel was quite loud past midnight at times.

We had to keep asking for toilet paper as Neptones is only giving one and no reserve. I feel that that is not acceptable but that is only a minor hotel. That’s great and we always love staying there

i like the way the room had been prepared when we arrived and they approved my request for a kettle and cup, that a plus factor. i appreciate also the friendly staff that greeted us

we stayed for 2 nights and three days, i asked that the room be cleaned on our second day. according to my staff they mopped the floor and changed the towels. but they forgot to sweep the floor, so i still saw the hairs and crumbs on the floor when i returned in fhe evening. but thats okay, i still appreciate how quiet the enronment was and my son enjoyed his stay on the place
