Breakfast is fantastic with dishes from around the world bufet style Freshly cooked eggs the way you want them. Staff are excellent with nothing too much for them. JC at the front desk is extremely helpful.plenty if Lifts to cater for the guests along with speedy check in and check out. Rooms are big with comfortable beds.

The bathrooms are in need of a work over both cosmetically and mechanically.

I recently stayed at Manila Prince Hotel and had an overall pleasant experience. The hotel's location in the heart of Ermita is a major plus, as it's close to landmarks like Rizal Park and the United Nations LRT Station. The rooms are spacious, clean, and equipped with convenient amenities like air conditioning, a mini refrigerator, and an electric kettle. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome throughout my stay.

The breakfast buffet was enjoyable, offering a good variety of dishes. However, expanding the selection to include more international options would cater better to diverse tastes. Additionally, while the complimentary Wi-Fi was appreciated, the speed and stability could use some improvement, especially during peak hours. The hotel’s facilities, like the outdoor pool and fitness center, were well-maintained and added to the overall comfort of the stay. With a few upgrades to the Wi-Fi and dining options, Manila Prince Hotel has the potential to offer an even better guest experience. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Manila!

Room looks bright and pleasant, and very spacious, including its bathroom. Good WiFi. Nice to have a bathtub. Adequate electric sockets. Comfortable bed. Appreciated the earlier check-in than expected. Reception and security staff are very friendly. Buffet breakfast is ok, dishes offered are adequate enough, but mostly not warm as all the tray covers were left opened. Good security, bags need to be scanned before entering the lobby. There's a mall below, with some eateries and restaurants. Location is good to visit the nearby Rizal Park and Intramuros, but unfortunately I lost my phone to some teenage thieves at Rizal Park. Decent room rate.

View of the parking area with the rubbish chute clearly visible. Aircon is very cold even at its lowest fan level and highest temperature setting, thus need to turn it off sometimes. TV signal cutting off a few times. Because it's a weekend, the small pool is too crowded, and breakfast time need to wait for a table. The dress code policy should be told during check-in, and not while we visit the restaurant and got rejected to enter, such a strange policy to implement smart casual wear during breakfast.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Manila Prince Hotel with my family in December 2024! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. The rooms were spacious, immaculately clean, and elegantly furnished, providing the perfect combination of comfort and luxury. The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The buffet breakfast was a highlight—delicious food with plenty of variety to suit every palate. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable, always attentive and accommodating. The pool and amenities were well-maintained, and my family loved the relaxing atmosphere. It's clear that the hotel takes pride in providing top-notch hospitality. I highly recommend Manila Prince Hotel to anyone visiting Manila. We left with unforgettable memories and look forward to returning in the future!

Firstly, I like the main entrance with the light decor, the security screening, the reception desk, and the welcome staff. Secondly, I was impressed by the room, my bathroom. I wish I had time to enjoy more in the property and the restaurants nearby. Thirdly, the pool was a little bit small or not to inviting maybe because of the location. One could take nice photos Finally, the lobby was impressive. Though I did not eat I the restaurant, I had a sense that the variety will meet all customers desire. The location near the church is perfect.

Maybe the view In the parking, the noise, construction, and seeing homeless in the streets make me ponder. Walking through the closet filled with garments as the entrance in the basement was spooky and unwanted. That is the place calls Hide and seek » social entertainment drink room in basement needs more games to make welcoming.

I like everything about the hotel. Spacious lobby and the room is very comfy. I like the breakfast options. The price is reasonable for this type of hotel. Location-wise, it is a bit far from the malls but near enough to my workplace. There is some small shops next to it so it is very convenient.

The check-in process time was awfully long, which I do not understand as everything is prepaid and the hotel knew what time we were coming, and it was midnight and there was no queue as well. I am guessing it is the system. The check-out process time was very long too and waiting for the 'certificate' to exit is so third-world and unnecessary. There are no options for express check-out too! The pool was too small, not that clean, and unattended (could not get towels)

We booked for 2 nights to stay close to my Son's school events and Manila Prince Hotel made our stay very comfortable. I like the Vintage feel and design of the room. Bath tub is always a plus for me. Buffet Breakfast was good. We requested for King size bed and rooms close to each other so it was good that they accommodated that with an upgrade to Superior Deluxe with no extra charge because it was the only available rooms to meet the request so Thank You very much!

There's no hair dryer. They made a mistake of charging one night only but the corrections were made the next day. They are strict with the Dress Code so better be sure to come prepared with the proper attire even during breakfast.

The arrival was great, I had no time to get water at the airport and I asked for some water and a coke and shortly afterwards staff were standing behind me with a can of cold water with ice cubes and a coke I paid extra. They have a huge understanding of customer service I felt all the week I was there. So I stayed longer there as planned before. The room was wonderful and the breakfast was the best I ever had in now 3 Manila hotels. From the hotel you can walk to city hall, the big shopping center opposite city hall, to intramuros and the Rizal park

Cannot say anything.

The staff at San Marcelino breakfast buffet restaurant, very cautious, friendly, helpful like Bryan, Russo, Gusper, Jopeth

Cleaning staff keep on asking me to sign a waiver each time I’m ordering to change my towel without confirming that I do not have a towel. Secondly, a different day asking me to sign a waiver again for the second time not knowing I don’t have a cup for my coffee at all, so pissed off. The receptionist how I wish I remember her name I do not like her at all. no contact, not friendly at all, I reported her to the manager. She is not friendly, not even smiley type of a person.
