The location is excellent..near fastfood and restaurants. Luneta is like a 2-minute walk. And all the other attractions are nearby. Then we were greeted by the friendliest staff. They do their best to accommodate you to make sure you have a comfortable stay. This was our 2nd time to stay there and apart from the location, the friendly staff was also worth returning to. The rooms are exactly what was in the picture. The space is bigger than others and very comfortable. My daughter didn't want to leave the room! It was truly a relaxing experience.

Some insects appeared during our stay but nothing that can't be fixed once you tell the staff. Didn't affect the overall experience.

Hotel are close to everything like jollibee, mang inasal, chowking, luneta park, intramuros, manila cathedral. Easy to go in every shops. Easy to take public transpo

The area is not great. Be careful with personal property when out of the hotel. The Internet can go dow in this area and stay down for quite a while.

It looks like it is not well maintained. Some of the rooms are dirty.

The best location if you want to explore Luneta and nearly museums. The wide windows provide a nice view of the city.
