The bed is comfy. The room is spacious. The staff are courteous. Walking distance from the US embassy, Luneta Park, Ermita church and Robinsons mall

The bathroom has molds on the wall. The shower curtain needs to be washed. No complimentary water and coffee.

I like because it was very axissable to any where part in Manila.

Garbage in front of the hotel where they stock prior the collection. Also, cars parked/blocked in the entrance of the hotel a very narrow passage.

If you need a safe, clean and no-frills hotel near to the US embassy and UN avenue, this is it! The cleanliness is fine although I believe it can be improved, but I find it acceptable. The breakfast package was great - I love the local breakfast menu. Convenience store just next door is helpful too, and the restaurant downstairs.

The location is convenient for us since it is near to our appointment locations. It can be reached by just walking. The location is also near to restaurants, groceries, and entertainment. I also like the location because it is very near to a church.

Because of the proximity of the hotel to establishments, noises from people from the streets and from public transportation vehicles were a little bit distracting especially during the night when we were sleeping. I would also like the hotel management to improve their plumbing since water from the bathroom from the nearby room was leaking towards our room.

I mostly liked the Airo hotel the sisterhood of Anex, it's a wonderful hotel with good hospitality in terms of wonderful receptionist staff's, but unfortunately we can't enjoy much due to Zomba in the morning and evening classes outside hotel was very noisy sound pollution, that's is the disadvantages only, as well as walling partition among the rooms no privacy, it's noisy too, from the other customers, thank you

As I have mentioned above, the sound pollution of the balcony parts can't enjoy due to Zomba classes in the down park, from early morning, and also in the evening

Not new, but good hotel, with all necessary facilities. Rooms are in a good condition. Friendly stuff. They have cafe on ground floor but menu expensive. Traveller can find around some cheap cafe with local food and normal cozy restaurants, Starbucks and others. I could easily walk by foot to the main park and old city Intramuros.

The district around is quite old and dirty, i saw some cockroaches in the street, and also many homeless people around. But they don’t do any harm, one man even said me “good evening” and “good afternoon” every time I passed him in the street

Actually our room was assigned to Anex Hotel but when we arrived they said they move us to the other hotel named AIRO Hotel bcoz they are fixing something in ANEX. AIRO and ANEX is only one company. I was okay then, AIRO is more perfect for us, Its more close to US Embassy than the ANEX hotel. Airo is 2-3minutes walk from Anex hotel. What I like in AIRO is the front office staff she’s so accommodating, she looks like half indian. So beautiful, showing good vibes and she has a beautiful smile. She also let us do an early check in, which is beneficial for us because my daughter was so tired from an early flight. AIRO hotel is around 7-10 minutes to US EMBASSY.

Bed was comfortable. I was able to check in a little bit past 12am, I had sent a message my bus had gotten stuck in traffic. Room was small and cozy. Air con worked great

Wasnt really a issue for me but for future guest jusg know that no water provided in the room but it's OK I brought my own and the elevator is small so if your bad with small spaces take the stairs. I'm plus size and had no issues

The room was clean and comfy although the toilet flusher was continuously draining but overall, i was able to sleep nicely and comfortably. The staffs were very helpful and accomodating; i had to leave my phone coz it's not allowed at the US embassy so i left it to the receptionist and she was happy to keep it for me; i even forgot an important document and i asked the frontdesk lady to print it for me and she did it with very minimal fee. She also used her phone to book a Grab taxi for me which i really appreciated. The place is very near to the US Embassy for those who are having transactions there.

The toilet flusher was not working properly as it was draining continuously.
