My 2nd time in the hotel. The location, cleanliness, wide/spacious room.

They should inform us the 1st time we ask the front desk that they are not allowing us to check-in early instead of telling us to wait as the room is being cleaned. We waited for more than 1 hour. And when I asked them again, the front desk officer told me that THEY (someone or their boss) dont want us to check in early as their standard check in time is 2pm (even if the room is already available). WHAT?! We are waiting all this time (with 2 kids) and you didn't even inform us earlier?! For your info: The last time I checked-in in this hotel (Sept. 2023), they let me checked in at 12nn.

Great location. Close to convenience stores, restaurants, cafes, and Robinsons Manila. There's also a police station nearby. Staff were attentive and present even late at night. Bathroom has towels and kit ready. Toilet has a bidet. Fucntioning strong flush.

Facilities were old and lacking. Aircon was the old box type and positioned close to the floor so its coverage is not maximized. You'd have to sit on the floor to fully enjoy it. Limited power sockets. Water pressure on the shower was not strong though it might be due to the very hot summer.

The room was big so people travelling with a lot of luggage would definitely like this place -- it was spacious and doesn't have any bad smell unlike other places. The staff were nice and on call 24/7. We checked in around 5pm and left around 6pm -- due to heavy rain and flooding in Manila, we were only able to return around 1130pm and there were still staff on the reception which was nice. The check-in was easy and we paid during check-out thru credit card. They allow payment through gcash and cash too.

The hotel is obviously old, and the door even uses keys still. The door looks old and the room only has low lights so the room looks quite dreary -- the same goes for the bathroom. It could have been better with brighter lights.

The location was good with food and coffee within walking. Reception staff always friendly and helpful.

The bed was quite hard and there was no tea or coffee and no snacks or meals available even though the room had a full description of a meal menu. The only problem is that it wasn't available.

According to my niece this is a nice hotel. The location was that it’s only 2 mins away from St. Luke’s medical extension center (walking). They felt very safe too because the front is a police station. Also the room I got for them was a double twin bed the room was so spacious and clean.

Clean CR and friendly staff. Availability of hot and cold water dispenser instead of bottled water. More environment friendly.

Parking space is not enough for clients. We paid 340 for parking in nearby establishment. You should provide tip box for the staff to be shared with everyone.

We needed to stay in Manila for an extra two days and our original hotel was fully booked. Paragon Tower was nearby and very upscale. The price of the room was very affordable and the room was excellent. We were on the seventh floor and we had a wonderful view of the city of Manila looking to the south.

The room was clean, with a huge bed and spotless surroundings. The staff, especially the security, were very polite and accommodating.

The door locks are outdated, and I hope they consider replacing them with key card access. I felt a bit unsafe.

There's an option to be served food and drinks if needed. We did not use it but it was nice to have. Good smart tv to keep ourselves entertained.

Shower area could be a little bit cleaner. Room felt a bit rustic but that's part of the expectations.

We booked a family room, and it’s beyond our expectations. The room was huge. And it’s the best place to stay if you’re attending a medical at st.lukes. Walking distance.
