Reasonable price, accessible to US embassy - 7mins walk, St. Luke's - 7mins walk, and Robinson's place Manila - 5mins walk. Accessible jeepney to Chinatown, Binondo and Divisoria. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable about accessibility of certain locations. I also like the complimentary water, hot and cold. There's a water dispenser on every floor.

No sound proofing but not a big deal, when you are all tired from a day of shopping you can sleep through the noise outside.

Location convenient to LRT system, mall supermarket, Rizal park, Manila beach and Intramuros. Appreciated the free drinking water dispensers on each floor.

Air Conditioned, Hot Water was great, it was quiet no loud noise, check-in was easy, close to Robinsons for shopping and eating, close to the US Embassy, close to banking, lots of hangers for clothes.

Initially no rug in the bathroom, Initially only 1 towel in the room, coffee pot had spoiled meat in it (nasty), remote for TV had dead battery, the top blanket on the bed made us itch (maybe look into a 50% cotton/50% rayon material.

Staffs are the best. They made our stay easy. All of them are very accommodating and respectful. I also love the food in the restaurant inside the hotel

The public toilet is dirty. We had to wait for almost 1 hour before we could check in since still fully booked even we have a reservation.

The beds are very comfy to sleep at. The location is also very convenient.

The lighting doesn't light up the entire room. It would be better if white light is used.

The staffs are very helpful and accomodating.
