Goods for Official business to stay into. I like that the toilet and shower is separated. It's clean and comfy. The lights are good. There's also a free wifi. I also like that you can't go to other floors for safety purposes.

One of the staff is somewhat not that approachable when we first came in. Additional cup for coffee or tea because there's only one disposable cup was in our room. If may I suggest, washable cup and teaspoon is added in the room than disposable one for lesser cost and environment friendly. You can also hear the other room talking 😅 but all in all we recommend this hotel. In fact, my colleagues are going to stay here for their convention 2 weeks from now.

There is a pest problem at Go Hotel Ermita. Every stay I encounter roaches. This is very concerning. I'm concerned about personal belongings getting infected...

I transferred from a Makati Inn because i needed a medical consult and diagnostic tests in a hospital. *The staff were all so helpful and quick to assist. I needed them to refrigerate my insulin pen and freeze the gel that keeps it cold while travelling. I had to take it out twice in a day, everyone was so accomodating in getting it and returning it . * I forgot to get my SC card from the front desk, told them when they called that i will just get it the following morning, but i was pleasantly surprised that a security guard went up to our floor to bring my card. * I also like the fact that if there are 2 pple in the room, one can use the toilet while the other can use the shower. *The availability of hot and cold water near the rooms is a thoughtful gesture.

No outlet for a hair blowdryer. The reading light is not working.

Great location, friendly staff, simple but clean accommodation with a very reasonable price! I would stay here again due to the location and affordable pricing. I had an issue when checking into my room as they seemed to be doing repair work, but this was quickly rectified.

At times the staff were hard to understand, which is understandable as they are trying their best to speak English! The location is excellent as it is super close to the very large Robinsons Mall. The only issue with Malate (Ermita) is the poverty. Be prepared to be asked for money many times.

The room not clean properly, shower is mouldy. Every time we ask our room clean, they never give us a bath Mat and we have to ask receptionist for it. They never mop the floor. And very noisy the room is not noise proof you can hear the TV from next door or if they are talking. The worse one is if someone close their door, it wakes you up with the big bang! But, staff are great..... especially the security guys on duty. 😀

Truly love this hotel! The view from our third story room overlooked the beach. Every day we had comfortable beach chairs. However what made it the most enjoyable was the staff. They were so friendly, so kind and took great care of us. This is a must visit hotel and when I come back to the beautiful island, I will definitely stay here again

We've stayed a couple of times at this hotel since it is accessible to the airport, malls, and restaurants, and easier to get a cab. The security was kind enough to cater to our needs.

They could have been more considerate of some guest requests. The reason why we booked the other hotel since we have had two consecutive bookings where we encountered a bad experience with the front desk. Me and my husband worked in the hospitality industry for 8 years. We should be careful about our tone of voice and use positive words in dealing with customers.

Convenient location, it took me like 25 minutes to reach Intramuros. Comfy bed with 4 pillows. TV with a huge number of channels in different languages. Free water. Friendly staff.

I don’t know whether it is just this district or the whole city of Manila is like that. They were some homeless people, some beggars, some weirdos on my way. I felt like some of them were psychos, which made me feel unsafe.

Friendly staff, location close to Robinson and St Luke Medical extension where we had an appointment. Lots of restaurants nearby, walking distance to Dolomite beach, US Embassy, UP. Restaurant downstairs

Other guests were too loud at night, not hotels fault.
