All the staff were really friendly and helped to arrange a taxi on our departure. The room was a good size and was comfortable with the air-con on. The breakfast was nice and we even had a snack and a few drinks in the bar at night. In terms of convenience, the hotel is well-located with the old town and beach a short walk away.

We are fairly confident travellers, so it wasn't an issue for us. However, I could imagine the streets around the hotel being an issue for some visitors at night time.

I appreciate the 24/7 security and have clearly communicated my expectations regarding cleanliness and the late check-in.

We loved the full breakfast—it was fresh, delicious, and served with juice, coffee, and tea altogether. The variety of options was fantastic, and I highly recommend it. The location is 9.7 km from the international airport. To get a taxi, you need to head to the departure area, with the fare costing PHP 350. Taxi hire, make sure you have local currency..

Accommodating and approachable staff. Nice breakfast - big servings Unlimited coffee Cold aircon - too cold. Lol Hot and cold shower. Many restaurants nearby. Nice big bed. Easy access to grab car. Walking distance to US embassy. Bible on the bedside table. Commendable! Free water and coffee in the room. All in all, I recommend the place for a budget stay with breakfast.

There is no smart TV in our room. - I don't mind. Wifi is not visible on my other cp (although I was told to call the receptionist if I need help). Maybe they saved the devices who can only use after connecting. Rough toothbrush (hard bristles) - I don't mind.

We chose this hotel for its proximity to the US Embassy for our interview, and it was definitely a great decision. The hotel offered excellent value for the price, and the breakfast selection was delightful—offering American, Filipino, and i think a house special. The staff were incredibly accommodating and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. Overall, we had a smooth and pleasant experience with no complaints. Highly recommend it for anyone needing a convenient, affordable and comfortable stay near the embassy!

All staff were super friendly and helpful, no problem when I had to check in very late due to flight delay. Great breakfast, I really enjoyed the Philippine breakfast options. The location is excellent - walk to Rizal Park, close to Intramuros. Large room with kettle, fridge and safe, bottled water provided, good wifi connection. Really excellent value, I would stay here again.

Nothing to dislike

It’s a short walk to Rizal Park and once you cross it, to Intramuros. Three choices for breakfast (set menus). You can get lunch and dinner also. The staff are cheerful and helpful. They can arrange a pick up at the airport. Great AC. I was able to use Grab (like Uber) easily.

I have no complaints about the property. Manila is not for the faint of heart. Sidewalks are difficult to navigate. People will ask for money. Traffic is horrendous.

I like the location as it's very much close to a Catholic Church and the places of interest that I would like to go like the Luneta Park. A plus is the proximity to the shopping center like Robinson's which is a short walk away.

I would have been better if the room locks would be using a modern key card and the lift interior would be renovated or modernized. It would have been good if the flat screen in the room show high definition movie (instead of being pixelated).

I loved that the staff were accommodating and kind. Breakfast was awesome. Room was wide and airconditioning worked well. CR was ok. Toiletries and towels were there.

There were some loud noises upstairs at 730 in the morning like furnitures being moved, my daughters were still sleeping then. Its a bit difficult to find if you're not familiar with the area.

We love the free breakfast here. Late check out is 900 pesos from 12NN to 7:00 PM. Seniors arrived at 10:30 AM and they checked them in around 12:00 NN. I can say this hotel is a budget friendly hotel, close by the US embassy and Robinsons Malate. Thank you!

The staff was very friendly towards us ,the rooms clean and the menu in the restaurant very tasty . I highly recommend it. It is located in a good location and close to many shops.
