The hotel is clean and modern-looking, thank God, considering it is located in one of the most polluted districts in Manila. The staff are incredibly friendly and approachable and very helpful. This is also one of the better budget hotels closest to the US Embassy and St. Luke's Medical Extension Clinic and that is definitely a plus since you can't bring phones and bags to the embassy. Despite having one of the cheapest rooms available, the bedroom and bathroom are clean.

They don't do regular room service like other hotels, you have to ask at the reception. Also, temper your expectations if you book their cheapest rooms since it's literally a box with no windows and no soundproofing (you can hear the elevator and people in the hallway, plus people can hear you).

Bed was queen size, pillows were thick and comfortable. Air conditioner worked great. Can't comment on TV since we didn't watch it. Wi-Fi was strong and steady. Hot water was good. Great water pressure. The kettle worked fine too. Restaurants all over the area. Robinson Mall is walking distance. Elevator worked.

The shower drain was very slow, water run into the commode area. No bath mat so floor could be slippery because of the tile. No bottled water, no coffee but did have coffee cups and glasses. No frig or in room safe. No wash cloths.

I marked up my previous stayed for a week as an awesome! Convenient Place to checked-in if you have an appointment to US Embassy and St. Luke's Medical Center. As you entered at the Lobby they have coffee shop (ugh, like seriously smells really good☕) and you can freely hangout with an esthetic tables and chairs. Got a nice room of choice(except when sometimes there's a shaky moment felt while hanging out on bed maybe it's because it's close to National highway and big truck passed by, but not so sure where this weird thing came from. But anyway, my room is well cleaned, hot shower is working great. Some reviews I found they wanting more so please understand and Do not expect too much amenities because you chose more affordable in your packet and not a 5⭐ Hotel so that's a common sense😊 Staff are very accomodate and great.

The location is excellent. A few minutes from the embassy which is why I stayed there in the first place. The staff were very courteous and accommodating and the check in and check out process was straightforward. The room is pretty decent in terms of space. A good sized bed, a desk, and a bathroom.

A few things that were notable but did not necessarily ruin the experience for me. 1. The walls were thin, the next room was playing their TV quite loudly and I could hear it. 2. There were molds on the sink. 3. If you run the shower on its strongest setting, there is risk of the water getting out of the bathroom. But even if it was like that, the stay was decent enough.

Air-conditioning is working but maybe improved. The room smell may also be improved.

Airconditioning was good. Available electric kettle and mugs. Staffs were nice. Available stand for luggage. Love the cafe area very cozy and food was great.

Limited television channel , not suitable for guests that plan to stay more than a day. Chair and table for eating isn't comfortable. Too narrow and chair was hard to sit on. A small and soft lower couch and coffee table would be better. No area to properly hang the clothes, too exposed. No hair dryer. Front area have a lot of double parking. Difficult for a car to pass. Have to go around the corner street just so you can ride your service vehicle. Maybe allot a room and floor area for guests who plan to stay longer than a day . Room needs decorating and furniture improvement. More of a motel looking rather than a hotel.

Budget hotel in Manila. Good for the price. Very friendly and helpful staff, who booked my taxi at 4am to go to the airport. Family friendly and normal people staying there (unlike other hotels in the area). Clean and pest free. Hot showers. Comfortable beds albeit small.

The photos were not the photos of my room. It is a budget hotel, so the rooms are small. Mine did not have any window. Very thin walls, you can hear everything but the guests kept quiet when I was there so I slept well. The hotel is good, but the area is not. Lots of beggars, dirt and pickpockets. Ermita nearby is worse. If you walk out, head north, it is better.

Location - I attended an event in Luneta Park and this hotel is just minutes away. There is also a nearby convenience store (711), fast-food joints, and a Catholic church. Value - The price per night (at least the one I got) is relatively cheaper when compared to other properties in the vicinity.

I did not mind but noted that there was no free bottled water or coffee/tea. The sink in the bathroom is quite small and barely has enough counter space for a toothbrush. The TV in my room was not working.

The lobby smells nice and the jazzy music playing in the background exudes class for this budget hotel. The beds are comfortable and the furnitures are fairly new. The staff are nice and very considerate too. Overall, this was the best budget hotel I’ve been to in the 3 weeks that I’ve stayed in the area.

Early in the morning,,there’s a Zumba session held at a nearby park. You will hear the loud music, it will wake you and up and if you are in a Zoom meeting from colleagues abroad, the music will be a bit annoying. I know it’s not something under the management’s control but I’m bringing it up just in case it’s important for some people here.

The room was fine: comfortable bed, hot running water, working AC. But the best part of my stay was staff! Guys were really helpful and found time to manage my problems that didn’t concern my stay at the hotel. thank you! Not far from airport (always mind Manila traffic, it’s crazy!). Location is walkable distance to Intramuros, lots of cafes, supermarkets and shopping mall nearby.

The room wasn’t perfectly clean but it didn’t bother me much. The window was tiny and facing backyard. Location is fine but surroundings didn’t look safe at night as there were many people sleeping in the street.
