Location excellent, staff friendly and helpful

Overall food in restaurant was ok but could hav been a lot hotter. Lukewarm at best. A kettle was provided in room but nothing else. No coffee, tea sugar biscuits etc.

the service of the reception was great and friendly, I found the ladies to be very professional and fun to interact with, The staff on the 4th floor were fantastic very honest, polite and officiant with cleaning my room and always greeted me with a smile also the security was good as I felt safe at all times

The staff was very warm, welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived. A mention to the maid that the AC wasn't working made her jump on it and when I came back it was fixed. The next day she even asked if it worked! Overall the hotel was very clean.

The location is alright, but not in the nicest neighborhood to go for a leisurely night stroll. During daytime it felt very safe. I needed laundry done, but the hotel's laundry service takes 3 days, so I had to walk around to find a laundry place.

Front desk, concierge, and room service is excellent service. Keeping it up especially Ms Alvy, she help us a lot during our stayed there. And, the suprise thing was, the concierge staff right away remember us when he saw my daughter, after covid time in 3yrs. Thank you for still remembering us. When we arrive, the room light is a bit dark. And, luckily the housekeeping manage to get a standing light for us. Make the room more bright. Next trip we definately will stay here again.

The room light is dark, so maybe can add more light would be perfect. And, please use the white light not the yellow light. Not all people like dim light in room, especially those family travel with kids.

I like that it's extremely rare to hear a neighbour. The staff is always smiling and nice. It's close to a big Shop center and many restaurants. There is a bathtub.

The TV is nice but the channels are bad quality. They should switch to YouTube and Netflix stuff.

Large rooms with strong air conditioning. The room was clean and the toilet was spotless when I arrived. The hotel staff were kind enough to let me check in early and they were friendly and professional. Some rooms allow smoking which is good for the smokers out there. It’s in a good location so it’s easy to get whatever you need nearby. Definitely a good choice if you need a place to stay in the area.

Location's just a few walk towards Robinson's Place where you can find everything from food, pasalubong, etc. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was so comfty and the staff were all very courteous and helpful. Place is secure and safe

The staff was fleksibel specially who work outside door guard .

There is only one something that when i booked king room doesn't have a bathtube although i have read king room has a bathtube before booking .I paid 400 pesso for two nights to get a room who has bathtube

The Shower was very hot and perhaps the thermostat is too high..
