Convenient central location - useful to have Robinsons Mall just a few minutes' walk away, and plenty of places to eat and drink in the area. Very comfortable, quiet room with modern facilities and decor. Reliable WiFi. Very good breakfast buffet (including eggs cooked to order). Friendly and helpful staff. No fuss about extending my stay on the spot.

Can't think of anything - except the pool was tiny (at least there was a pool). My stay coincided with torrential rain and flooding - even right outside the hotel entrance, thankfully not inside - but of course that had nothing to do with the hotel and doesn't affect their rating.

We enjoyed the restaurant on-site, pool and views from the 12th floor. The adjoining rooms were very useful for our group. The hotel was very conveniently located for us.

Room 711 had problems with the bathroom. The toilet blocked several times despite no paper being put in it. The temperature of the shower was cold and could not seem to be adjusted.

We stayed overnight on a short transit though Manila - never actually left the property but the restaurant was excellent for dinner and breakfast. Staff was helpful in arranging airport transportation.

Room was clean but older - a little musty and room lighting was very dim. Hallways and elevator did not have AC but restaurant and rooms did.

Friendly helpful staff. Cozy restaurant and location was good for my trip.

Room lighting was too dim for me. Shower should have a bigger mat so you don't slip on the tile. Maybe a grab bar as well. Bathroom should have a toilet plunger without needing to run for one with a backup. It's one of those things you may never need, but if you do it's nice to have handy. Sometimes the little things make a big difference.

The Location. We choose this because Its nearby Robinson's Manila. Saw this hotel with great reviews on Facebook so we decided to try It! Staffs are nice from the Guard to the lobby to the resto and Kuya from roof deck ! Sad because the swimming pool is under maintenance that day.

The room. Booked EXECUTIVE but they gave us DELUXE .. They just told me that they have 2 types of executive room ! Room aren't soundproof so for couple who's planning to stay, Be Mindful ! Hahaha There are stains im the couch (will upload photo). Also, therw are 3 employees having a meeting/inventory in that room ! WTF right ? You were expecting that twas sanitize but MEH ! No idea how long they stayed there before we came .. But we consider to stay again ..

Great staff, very helpful and kind. Great location in the downtown area. Nice rooms and excellent value for money! Will go there again on my next visit.

I couldn't give 10/10 for two small things, the carpet on our floor was smelly and be aware that there is a lot of partying on weekends on the street and it is noisy at night. Overall great place to stay though.

The location is excellent. Staff are very nice and helpful.

They take payments upfront on check-in, but this isn’t mentioned anywhere. They have hidden charges on some things (like stained towels etc) which is similarly not clearly mentioned to guests. Wifi is iffy.

I like how clean the hotel room was and how friendly the staff, from the guards to the front desk staffs. They also have restaurant downstairs, the food is a bit pricey but worth it. It’s Good Food!

The Hotel is actually on the RED DISTRICT. It’s good for those who want to experience night life etc… with that being said, we can barely hear outside noise from our room, so it’s all good.
