Location is very good, walking distance, just a few meters away from Robinson's Place Manila. Staffs are courteous, smiling, and accommodating, from the guard upon entering the hotel, the room attendants, housekeeping supervisor, manager, bellboys and front desk clerks are all friendly. Free hot and cold water. Room rates are at reasonable price and economical.

TV isn't clear. The building is old but well maintained.

Staff are nice n easy to get along with, near to malls kids enjoyed their stay🤗

Just a bit disappointed this time coz we have 2 kids with us and the room they provide us can hear the sounds of the bars till 3am utmost but overall its nice to go back to this hotel again n again

EXCELLENT STAFF

well, Bedding under seems not been cleaned prior to us coming Hot water was good A/c is insiufficinet , but with this kind of weather So I requested a fan and it worked better , comfort wise Not a 5 star in my opinion but enough to be comfortable which worked best for my stay

Elevator to 3rd floor dont stop on 3rd - not major

As a guest when you book a cheaper rate then expect less. For me I dont expect more as long as we can rest. Overall for me is good as long safe and masaya mga kiddos ko.

The staff are friendly, the management is considerate about the requests of their guests, and I'm so thankful that they returned my advance payments for my cancelled booking. And definitely, I will choose this hotel again for my next visit to Manila.

It's old and needs TLC, but you can't have it both ways.

We liked the airconditioner and the cable TV. We also liked its location.

The room rate is quite expensive. We also didn't like that the room is not sound proof and there's no proper ventilation inside the restroom. Lastly, the wi-fi is very bad.
