We do appreciate the effort and service provided to us by the receptionists and house keeping. Special mention to sir Charles for the extension of the parking time, and also the warm and very hospitable attendant Ms. Nina. We really do appreciate the extra mile and great services.

There are a couple of things that we've noticed, Although we could have the first one to pass, and that is the driveway of the Complex itself, apart from being too narrow for big SUVs and imagine driving across the elevator Lobby on each from going to the 8th hehe. There is the very weak water system for the toilet Flush, one needs to wait an ample time for the container to get full again, the water flow is not substantial.

Its neat and tidy clean,amazing place and veranda views area is exceptional from city buildings to baywalk seaside…and staff are very accomodating specialy to there manager Mr Mohamad,Mr Charles and Mr Mike,thank you so much for the wonderful memories of my reunion to my families🙏

Great location. There are various inclusions such as access to their indoor swimming pool, gym and sauna. Bed was so soft and the room has an amazing view. All the staff are friendly and will immediately attend your needs. Will definitely comeback. Rooms: Comfortable bed, great view, complete kitchen utensils and they also provide daily room cleaning and replenishment of amenities. Nearby activities: Location is great since it's 30 seconds walk away from Robinson's Place Manila. There are many restaurants nearby that offer different cuisines. Nearby spa service to help soothe your exhaustion after a long day. And most importantly, place is 20-30minutes away from the airport inlcuding the traffic.

The property is strategically located near bars, restaurants, a mall, and local transportation. The employees are well-cersed in what they are doing. Michael and Mohamed are quite nice and pleasant to talk with. They have informed me and assisted me based on the standards. In the room, bed is nice and sheets and towels are clean and of good quality. The water pressure in the bathroom is nice and there’s a heater which is very pleasant. The room that we got was upgraded to a 1br suite which is very comfortable. There’s a balcony for you to see parts of manila bay and the manila skyscrapers. This is perfect for those who are in a budget but would love to enjoy a comfortable stay. The property is suited to long staying guests as well as you will definitely enjoy using the kitchen and fridge. I would like to commend Mark of housekeeping for taking care of us and making sure we got everything that we need. He went the extra mile and made us feel safe in operating the appliances. He even offered us dishwashing liquid and foam for us to take care of the dishes.

I wish there was a better location for front desk. It was right beside the laundry and a salon. It deserves a better space. The sauna is operational from 4-7pm only. We arrived around 8-9pm and checked out at around 1pm. I hope they could set up a better quality of bathroom amenities and updated appliances and wares.

Great location and the front desk staff were really friendly and easy to deal with. Comfortable bed and nice sized 1 bedroom apartment.

The roaches in all rooms and the tardiness of the room. It’s quite basic but fine if you want to just crash and party. The touts and beggars outside wear you down although they are usually friendly. The noise from the clubs downstairs in the weekends is till around 3am. The rooms are clean but there is a cockroach problem.

the idea of not having even a shelf to put the mocrowave and kettle . not convenient for heating water or food just on the top of the fridge.

Comfortable with the big area

1. The smell in the lobby - it smells like cockroach 2. I was not informed that the pool is under maintenance, it defeats the purpose for choosing the property. 3. In need of more clothes steamer of flat iron to be used for clients. 4. The electric stove is slow to cook. Heating is poor.

Location location

The staff are giving excellent service. I left my wedding ring in the safe but when i call them they found it and returned it to me.

the staffs were very accomodating even the owner ia taking charge on whatever is needed to be attended. kuddos
