Hotel was close to restaurants, convenience stores, and Robinsons Manila. It's also a few meters away from a LRT station. Room was worth the money. Air conditioning is working and strong and able to cool the room. Bed and its sheets were clean. Room also had complementary coffee and an electric kettle. Fridge was also available for use. Bathroom was also adequate and comes with hygiene kits. Towels were provided and were clean.Toilet comes with bidet. Shower has hot and cold and has sufficient pressure.

TV was pretty limited to Youtube and Netflix (use your own account).

Enjoyed them accomodating to our request for an early breakfast earlier than the designated timing. The staff was amazing, kind and good! Loved how nice the staff was and always greeted you when we come back to our hotel room after a long day out. Prefect location to stay as it's near the city centre and very accessible to Robinsons mall!

Sadly the TV was not linked to Netflix, not really a big issue but could be improved! Other than that it's a perfect place to stay

Great location, easy to get to from the airport terminals, 5 minute walk to Robinsons shopping Mall with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. Can walk to old town of Intramuros. Staff so welcoming and nothing was any trouble. We stayed on 3 different occasions as we travelled through Manila to get to other areas of The Philippines.

Spare toilet paper left in room and access to some TV channels would be good.

Very nice and clean hotel. Friendly and helpful staff with a security guard out front. Great location. Right next to a pharmacy, close to a huge mall, and close to a train station.

The hot water in the shower didn't work, although the staff offered to fix that. In addition, I stayed for a few days and asked for a one hour extended checkout, but I had to insist upon it to get it for free. I would've preferred to not have to fight for such a simple request, considering the stay duration and the inconvenience of the hot water not working properly. All-in-all, not a big deal though.

Friendly staff, perfect location, noisy

We only stayed for one night before our flight home from Manila. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We didn't explore too much but there was a 711 next door with basic snacks and it was walking distance the bay walk (which was unfortunately closed off due to a typhoon the day before) and a shopping centre. Only about 30 mins from airport as well so convenient in that sense.
