I have stayed for 9 days in their studio executive room and all I can say is the bed, the pillows as well as the bed mattress are so comfy. I always have a very good night sleep. The room is cleaned everyday by the hotel staffs. In the room, there is an initial free 2.5 gallon of water jug and once depleted, you can order for another one for only 100 pesos. There are other facilities in the room that are not mentioned in booking.com such as the bread toaster, microwave oven, a bit larger size of refrigerator as compared to the refrigerator size of other hotels I have stayed-in, and there is a flat iron set available in the room. It's also complete with cutlery, kitchen scissor, drinking glasses, plates and bowls - all squeaky clean and sparkling bright. The internet is very fast, and the receptionists are all polite, greets you with a smile and are really professionally trained in handling and dealing with clients and customers. You will not have to wait longer than 10 minutes just if in case you requested for something- the hotel staff will immediately show up in your front door. The room I have stayed, including the bathroom is very clean and smells so good. The hotel is just a walking distance to LRT and to Robinsons Mall Malate too. Lastly, what sets this hotel apart from the rest of the pack is that the color motif and its room design makes it more modern looking and new as compared to other hotels.

There is no available cabinet or wardrobe for your shirts and pants instead a makeshift clothesline is available to hang it. Hangers are available and you can request some of it if you needed more. Just a suggestion that it will be more elegant to see if a double sun-blocking curtains will be used instead of a blind.

Clean, nice design. Housekeeping was a bit slow on delivering extra towels and dental kits, but receptionist was apologetic about it and great service recovery.

Smart TV wasn’t working for my room (614). Shower water was brown when first turning it on. Had to let the water run a little.

Apartment has kitchen and a washer drier. They gave us dishwashing soup and laundry detergent for the first 2 loads. We had everything we needed for our staycation. Kitchen utensils etc was complete and clean

We booked 2rooms but we didn't get the same floor. We did not have access to each other's floor. The elevator kept resetting too so we would be going to different floors or change different directions (elevator would stop, open and then would go up when we needed to go down) breakfast is not worth the price. Luckily you're just two blocks away from the mall if you wanted food

everything was perfect spacious room with small kitchen including stoves microwave fridge .... smart big flat TV internet was fast bed very comfortable and very quite inside I think it's soundproof rooms 😄 free access to the gym+ pool ... workers are very helpful and welcoming.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. Room and common areas are very clean. Size of the 2-room suite is quite big.

The waiting area for the elevator on our floor is very warm.

Clean and organized. Private parking is a plus. A nice little coffee table set would’ve been nice by the window. The lobby is very christmas-y, nice. Hot shower was very hot, perfect.

Noise from the lobby by other guests can sometimes be heard inside the room.
