The location is perfect and staffs are courteous. Overall experience 8/10, will definitely stay again.

Pest Control - cockroach are hovering around the rooms and hallway at 7th & 8th flr which needs immediate attention. 2.) Room Cleanliness - bathroom tiles need grouting. 3.) Appreciate if you could replace the room door signage that are missing for your guests to easily locate the room. 4.) Sound proof need to improve. 5.) If possible add blanket.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect, with easy access to public transport. Guards were attentive and helpful. Amenities like 7-Eleven, parking and the cafe downstairs added convenience. Cleanliness and reception staff's warm hospitality impressed. Great value for the price!

Despite some positives, our stay was marred by several issues. The room's cold shower, broken cabinets, missing TV remote and incomplete beddings were inconvenient. Furthermore, the facilities' poor maintenance detracted from our experience, highlighting the need for upgrades.

Location 10/10 - located in Malate which is a good area with a 7/11 next to the lobby and within walking distance to a lot of places - on the 23rd floor you can see the entire city of Manila. Staff: 10/10 - all the staff from the security to front desk and maintenance were very friendly and professional Cleanliness 9/10 Facilities: 9/10 - everything was good except the shower, good AC Wifi: 10/10 - wifi worked extremely well during my stay, even on the 23rd floor where my room was . Id actually say its the best wifi ive had so far in the Philippines.

Shower - the water was barely warm and there was no water pressure so the water trickled out of the shower head. If they fix the showers this place would be a 10/10 in terms of value for money.

If you are staying within the Malate-Ermita area, it is highly accessible since it is located just at corner Taft-Nakpil. There are two spacious elevators that serve all floor, and I consider this a plus especially if you carry a lot of luggage. Staff were courteous and helpful. Another plus is the 24/7 convenience store right beside the ground floor. The room I booked was spacious, clean and comfortable. The toilet and shower is separate. The small kitchenette is equipped only with an electric water kettle and cups. Running water is clean. The AC works well and cooled the room in a short period of time once it was switched on. Wifi also works well but only for surfing and watching videos. Overall, this condo has offered the best deal for money so far as per my intermittent visits and bookings in Manila for the last 10 years are concerned. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone especially if you are a couple or group of four.

The bathroom is fitted with a supershower head, so if I needed to shower without getting my hair wet, it was quite a struggle. The hot and cold function also didn't seem to work, but being the Philippines in the dry season isn't really a big deal. The TV remote seemed broken because I couldn't easily switch between channels and ended up switching off the TV throughout my stay (this wasn't a big deal though). I have noticed that it also took a full day for the staff to clear out the trash I have placed outside my room on the 3rd day of my stay, as well as clearing the hallway of dust, debris, strands of hair and whatnot on the floor where I stayed.

The hotel delivers what it promises. The fresh-smelling bedding, well-functioning air conditioning, and excellent shower stood out. I appreciated the convenient desk for studying and plenty of power outlets. Staying on the upper floors minimized noise from the city, making for a peaceful stay. The location and price are great, especially being near schools.

The Wi-Fi occasionally disconnects when the train passes, although it reconnects quickly. Also, I noticed a lack of toilet paper in the bathroom upon arrival.

Location was fantastic, walking distance from transport options, shops and eateries. Robinsons mall is just a couple of blocks away if wanted. We also walked down to the waterside, and Rizal park and fort areas. Just round the corner is Korea town which has lots of bars and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful, our flight was delayed and we arrived at 3am but were greeted and checked straight in. The room was large and very clean. Large opening window and a cooling unit. The toilet and shower are separate with the sink being in the kitchenette area. Plenty of draw and shelf space. WiFi was OK, little slow now and again, but no problems. There is also a roof deck you can get some fantastic views from. Would definitely stay here again.

The shower was very poor, just a dribble of water. Not sure if the problem was pressure or just in need of new head. However there is also a tap so we used that instead. The kitchenette is just a sink, kettle and one cup, one glass and one plate. Could do with a fridge.

* Wifi is not that on a higher speed, it's only useful starting early morning tbh. * Due to the typhoon, the weather wasn't good. The water gets inside the room. * Email address is not working and same as the contact number. * The CR and shower room has a bad smell, but it's bearable though. * No slipper, though I saw previously that you can have it with extra fees. * I asked once for additional basahan because of the rain getting inside the room, the staff I've asked for said he will get back for extra basahan but he maybe forgot my request. * No spoon haha * The style of the room maybe look good for two or more travelers, while it's like too much for solo traveler. I hope there's a solo bed inside the room.

What I liked most is the affordable room. The building is like for students who wants to stay in Manila for studying. So, the management think another way of utilizing the rooms if there's no student renting it. The room is clean and cozy. they have enough number of elevators and many parking space though it's not free.

From the room given to me, which is 8E. What I didn't liked was it is near on the Taft Ave and LRT, so you can hear almost the traffic, the horns of jeepneys and the LRT train. Also, the part where the toilet bowl placed has a smell like drainage.

My stay at G Square Residences was great. The room was clean, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. Security was top-notch, providing a sense of safety and privacy. Plus, the location was perfect, making it easy to access nearby amenities.

The water pressure was slow, there was an unpleasant smell from the comfort room, and the television wasn't fully functional. Additionally, the lobby staff didn't play their role to provide clear explanations about the hours of stay, especially about the overtime payment which is costly. These issues affected my experience negatively, and I hope they can be improved for future guests.

Reasonable price. Location is beside 7/11, accessible to Robinsons Manila, Pedro Gil LRT station, restaurants and eateries. Free and fast wifi. Clean room and beddings. Comfort room with bidet is separate from Hot and cold shower room. Friendly hotel staff from the information desk, janitors and guards. Room has comfortable chairs and long table, bed with headboard and light. Many sucket. and lights, The room has long mirror, 4 separate cabinets with hangers. With kettle, cup, glass, mineral water, shampoo, soap. Air conditioned room.

The noise of LRT bus, jeepneys and other vehicles. Need for newer towels. The bed shoulder be longer. It's just ok for person who's 5'6'' in height. My 5'9'' son can't fit in the bed.
