This second stay at this hotel solidified my initial positive impressions. This time, I had the chance to experience more of what the hotel offers, including breakfast. The hotel's location is fantastic, just a short walk from a charming mall and various dining spots.

Unfortunately, one major issue detracted from my almost perfect experience. During my shower, I encountered a problem with the drainage. The water wasn't draining properly, causing it to pool on the floor, creating a near-flooding situation. I was surprised that such a basic function, like the shower drain, wasn't checked during cleaning. A more thorough inspection could help prevent similar situations for future guests.

a really comfortable place to stay. my husband and i stayed here for 2 weeks and it was the best place we lived in manila. the room was comfy and well equipped with almost everything needed. there were even a working place what was really convenient for my husband. as for me, i worked in co-working space or at starbucks located at the same building. the hotel has everything you need for comfort staying - water dispensers, mugs, shampoo+conditioner, toothbrushes and toothpaste and even a smart tv with streaming services. on the second floor there’s a gym, co-working area and washing/drying machines. on the roof you can find places to chill and cook anything. the staff was really friendly and welcoming, they always helped me to solve all the issues and the room cleaning ladies are always who can cheer up for the whole day. a massive thank you for every single person working here. if i come to manila again i would definitely stay here!

it would be great to have a microwave in rooms

The hotel is clean and tidy with a Starbucks on the ground floor. Although very close to the red light zone of Manila, the location is great - just a ±15-minute ride from Makati, the Baywalk, Santiago Fort, and SM Mall of Asia. The staff is always helpful and you have a nice gym and co-working space. The WiFi was good.

My big issue - the room had no mini-refrigerator and I had to use the water dispenser near the elevators to fill up. Manila is hot and this is simply not acceptable. Another strange thing is that the room service knocks on the door regardless of the "do not disturb" sign. Also, the AC was noisy and the TV channels were boring.

Loved the hospitality during our stay. We needed a place for a few days to wait for friends in Manila, and honestly this was the best place to do it. The location itself isn't the best in terms of modern buildings etc. but we still felt very safe and there is a mall nearby. They even let us store our luggage for a month, and we picked it back up (and stayed a night) before leaving PH again. The laundry is awesome, gym has everything you need for a quick/short workout.

Love the Lyf style hotels. We stayed at one in Cebu so we decided to stay at Lyf in Manila.... Not sure if we regret it.

When we came to check in we were 20 minutes early. It's ok that early check-in wasn't possible, but the staff wouldn't allow us to sit inside the building. We were told to leave and go to the mall and not come back for at least 30 minutes. Really weird experience. We ALWAYS rate things 10 stars, but I just can't in this case..... We were only staying for 6 hours before a flight.

Location. Neat and Clean. Quiet environment. Facilities are perfect for solo travellers, couple or family.

Awesome hotel—modern, fresh, clean, and spacious. The staff was incredibly friendly, especially the doorman. Each floor offers free hot and cold water, along with coffee and tea. Guests can also use the rooftop kitchen, which is a great bonus. Overall, an amazing experience—we felt truly comfortable here!

The location itself—be cautious when walking at night. We went to a nearby 7/11, and the experience wasn’t great—dark streets, homeless people, and a generally sketchy vibe. As first-time visitors to Manila, it felt a bit unsettling. That said, there are security guards around the hotels, which is reassuring. Also, the food machine on the first floor wasn’t working—our cards weren’t accepted, so we couldn’t get anything to eat. This definitely needs to be fixed.

I loved how the interior looks like, very cozy, has a comfortable bed which is very important for me, an overlooking view (which granted by the Recep guys) and very close to prime spots in the metro. A must visit

First thing I could think of are the reception ladies who blocked the receiving area and mainly just talking/chit chats with their colleagues without showing the true Filipino warmth and hospitality. Not sure if they are interns for the hotels but we visited last month (December). Only Ms Trish left a good mark to us as she's very accommodating, smiley, and a charming. Indeed an asset for the company. To add up, just surprised as there is no coffee nor tea in the room and even individual telephones. (all outside ) All and all, it was good stay but could still be improved!

Newer building, staff was polite, rooms were good size, better than other hotels I've stayed at in Manila by far but still had some issues.

I squished a large cockroach in the room on the first night, didnt see any more after that. There is only one vending machine and was only 1/3 stocked and half of those items had row malfunctions and wouldnt allow purchase, the washer/dryer has to be prepaid at front desk and someone must escort you to machine to tap a card and pay (very inconvenient and weird), they took the mats off the large cool chairs on the root top lounge so you could not sit on them (metal grates are not comfortable and it felt very unwelcoming), the elevators are not clearly marked and I got stuck in the wrong elevators repeatedly and it got obnoxious by the end of my stay.
