Impeccable staff from the doorman to the executive chef. We were in Manila for a wedding at the Sheraton Manila Bay and extended our stay by 4 days. It is a credit to the management that their people showed pure joy in executing their roles. The wedding ran like clockwork and was seamless from start to finish. Individual needs were met from room service to.cocktails by the pool. If you are looking for value for money with the most exceptional service, food, opulence and comfort stay here.

That we didn't stay there longer..there's never anything to not like..this question I will never be able to fill appropriately as it's the best overall experience in any hotel I've ever visited from the 28 countries I've ever visited and it's the 12th or more bookings I've made to Manilla Bay now, at least and all the team are amazing friends now

One of the best hotels I've stayed in in Metro Manila. The staff were accommodating. An attendant was waiting in the entrance to assist me in carrying my luggage. The front desk offered late checkout even without me asking. Another attendant helped bring my luggage into my room. The room was very comfortable. It was very clean and airconditioning was very cool. Water heater also worked well. The tub was also very comfortable with a pillow and a slight recline that allowed for lying down nicely. Breakfast buffet had a lot of quality options

The staff were friendly and helpful, but I felt like there were a lot of new staff who struggled a little. They got there in the end, but nervous and clearly unsure in the job. Not a huge deal and they got there in the end 😉

great location, love the layout of the food ( Dinner and Breakfast) area a lot better. greater selection of foods ( both at breakfast and dinner) and more staff to cater to guest needs. i love that its on the ground floor ( Lobby) and not on the mid floor level like before. staff were really attentive to guest needs and were warm and friendly and very obliging.

Everything..it's our home from home and I'll never tire from bringing my wife and baby girl here the staff are amazing the rooms are absolutely perfect and never leave you wanting for more and there's never been one occasion I've checked out from here thinking I'll choose another hotel next time

There's nothing ever to dislike

Our stay at be Sheraton Manila bay was super awesome. The staff were so welcoming, helpful and attentive. We felt like we were special guest of the hotel. A special thanks goes to the chef at the kitchen who created masterpiece dishes for my parents, also huge thanks to the dining staff, who were always there, without you having to look for someone.

Location of hotel is good. Is within walking distance to Robinson's. Good Korean restaurant across the street. Elevator service is good. Housekeeping is responsive.

Hotel advertisement includes fitness center. The fitness center was not operational. I was offered to go to another location, but that is not a suitable choice. For the price of the room, the fitness center should be made operational. And, as I recall, the fitness center is not very large. There is room for improvement here.
