Check in was supposed to be at 2 PM but we arrived at 11:30am and they checked us in. They have excellent Internet 85 MBS and my wife had to work her online job. The internet is Logon is your Room Number and your last name. There is a safe where you can leave your valuables and set your own combination, that was a great asset. They will not clean your room until you request room service and that means no unexpected room arrivals. The room door is opened by a key card and when you enter the room to the left before the bathroom is a key slot. You put the Room Key Card in the slot and that turns on all the electricity. When you leave the room, you take the Keycard with you and in 10 seconds the power gets turned off. The Bed Mattress is very thick and great for good sleep. The bathroom has toilet paper and a bidet. I am 61 and my first experience using a bidet and WOW, much better and cleaner than toilet paper. There is a 24 hour 7-Eleven there near the lobby. The Staff are always smiling and so helpful. At night it was so quiet even though there is music in establishments. The location is near to the U.S. Embassy, Philippine Immigration and NBI. An 8-minute walk is Robinsons Place, a 10 story Mega Mall with so many Restaurants. American, Persian, Korean, Japanese and Filipino Restaurants. I really enjoyed The Texas Roadhouse, it was fantastic. At the front desk, you can request a cab and they will give you a piece of paper with the fare amount and the license plate of the cab and at the front entrance the staff will look for the arrival of the cab. The hotel has massage services, only $12 US for a 1 hour Swedish Massage. The location is near Korea Town Manila, so many Korean, Japanese and Chinese Restaurants. Get the App for you phone, you can make reservations from it with a 15% discount, check in and chat with the front desk and make taxi reservations. On your birth month you get a 25% discount. They have a water dispenser at the front desk for cold and hot water.

I wish they had a small refrigerator. The blanket for the bed is very thick. I wish it was 2 thinner blankets because while my Filipina wife felt warm, My American body was hotter.

All was well except for the location.... it is right in the heart of a "red light district", with lots of show clubs that are fronts for prostitution all up and down the street in that area.... so if that is what you are looking for, there it is right outside your door.... but if you want a nice family place? well, no, this is not it....

fewer dens of iniquity would have been nice..... but, hey, its Ermita/Malate.... and so it goes.... although the security did keep a tight ship, so it is not an immediate threat or problem....

Room was very clean. Comfortable Queen size bed. Great shower. All ataff were exceptionally helpful, polite and friendly. 7Eleven at Hotel entrance. Room was very small, but adequate for a comfortable rest and shower.

A kettle for hot tea/coffee would have been welcome. Location good for Grab cabs, but not so good for walking.

Good location they have a 7 eleven just outside the hotel.Very close to the massage salon, malls, important parts of the city center. Very busy streets in the night but quite safe to travel in this area. Hood communication with staf they are very helpful and they want to please the guests.

No fridge in the room, no bottled water no minimal service of coffee tea, no glasses no table no chair.

The hotel was great and the staff were very professional and very friendly to me…The noise factor was not really the hotel’s fault unless they have sound proof rooms…The noise was outside of the hotel windows..

Only the noise was very loud on the weekends and house cleaning doesn’t start until after 2pm everyday…

The room was fine no problem but we could have used a extra pillow as we had and paid extra for 2 other people one being a 5 year child.

When I booked the room as we did once before I tried to book for 3 adults and 1 child but on Booking .com they said no rooms available. So when we arrived I was told rooms were available and I had to pay a additional 2000 pesos right now. You should make sure you have a better choice menu for more than just 2 people.

The location is good right near the shop and a 24 restaurant. Staff very friendly. Great value for the price .

The outside getting harassed soon you stepped on the path by people trying to get u to go to their bar .

I like the staff they really make an effort to make the check in run smoothly, welcomes guests, make sure the receiving area is clean, welcoming and overall looks high end. They assist the guest as much as they can.

None about the hotel, it’s more of the vicinity it was in.

The staff is so nice an helpful. It makes it a good stay for me. Just ask them and they will do whatever to help you. I could stay here again and will maybe try Red Planet somewhere else to. I had a room away from the street so it was easy to sleep. No noise.Ve

The rooms are to the small site, but they can't do much about it:-)

It's safe and secure as the front desks personnel will not allow anyone enter the premises unless authorized. The room is small yet very clean and free from unwanted odors. The bed is so comfty and all the employees are very welcoming and accomodating. Value for money 💚

I hope they can provide a common pantry area.
