Room was large and very clean. Robinson's mall is within walking distance. Check in and check out were very fast and smooth. There were 6 elevators in two banks of 3, so you never had to wait for more than a few seconds for the lift. My room had a pretty good view of the sea. The room was very quiet even though it appeared there was construction going on nearby. There is a very nice Japanese restaurant on the ground floor.

The water pressure in the shower was very high and a little difficult to set the right temperature of the water. But that was only a minor inconvenience. There was no option to cast my phone to the TV which is a personal preference.

Our stay was almost perfect, which is why I gave it a 9. The staff were extremely friendly, and I was able to store my luggage nearly two weeks in advance without any problems. While I was told that the rooms are not air-conditioned while unoccupied, my chocolate didn’t melt — so no complaints from me! The breakfast is very good. Although the selection may not be as extensive as in some other 5-star hotels, I still consider it among the best. The hot chocolate, in particular, was excellent. Overall, a great experience — I would definitely stay here again.

The elevator system could be optimized. Compared to places like the Shangri-La or Grand Hyatt, it’s less intuitive. For example, you have to press the call buttons on both sides, instead of just one up or down button that calls the nearest available elevator. As a result, it’s common for people to press both sides, unsure which elevator will arrive first. This often leads to confusion and inefficiency. One other thing I wasn’t too fond of was the carpeting, which covers most of the hallways and the room. While it may add a cozy touch that some guests might appreciate, I personally found it a bit inconvenient when moving certain types of luggage, especially those with small wheels.

Diamond Hotel is one of our favorite hotels in the Philippines. The interior, facilities, and ambiance are great. The room is spacious and comfy. The receptionists who assisted our check in and check out gave an excellent service. They were accommodating, friendly, and professional. Our request for sea view and late check out were granted. This hotel feels like home. We will definitely go back.

When one of the staff, who I intended to forget the name, didn't provide us our coffee and hot choco. But the other staff, his name is King, immediately attended to our request. This incident took place during breakfast. This is no big deal since almost all of them gave an excellent service.

I love the locations! Over looking the Manila Bay as well as the pool was the best! The hospitality are excellent! From the concierge, front desk, pool area, housekeeping to buffet breakfasts, servers & managers (they’re very approachable and kind) Keep it up!

It’s a little bit dusty in the room where we stay even though the room we stayed were being clean. The carpet are kinda old. The outdoor building needs to be clean & painted new, inner area are needed to be decorated & need to add something new.

OMG, this is a 5 star plus hotel, it’s very elegant, the staff is overly professional, the ambience is remarkable, the best stay I have experienced in my 57 years.

I didn’t like that I have never stayed here before.

Breakfast buffet was excellent. I also love The location and the availability of shuttle service. The staff are friendly, helpful and accommodating. The room is clean and spacious. Bed is very comfortable. Room service was also great.

When i was checking in,I got in the queue and was waiting patiently for my turn to check in. Then there was this lady who, out of nowhere, cut in front of me to check in and the front desk clerk entertained her. When i attempted to get the attention of the front desk clerk to tell her that the lady infront of me cut me off, the front desk attendant told me to wait as she has to finish checking the lady in first. I was really disappointed! Thats not how you do business in a 5 star hotel just because someone looks dressier then the other. Thats my only disappointing moment but the rest of the stay is perfect!

Everything about this place is exceptional ! From the amenities, room price, decorations, foods at the buffet, … and best of all are the STAFF! A+++. Topnotch security too. We stayed for 4 days. Wish it’s longer. Will go back to this hotel on our next visit.

The ironing board because I can make it collapse. And not an issue for me but for security, your card will only work on the floor you’re at. If you have friends in another floor, they have to let you in. I love that safety feature personally.

I love staying at Diamond Hotel as it has very comfy beds and pillows. The breakfast has a wide selection to choose from every morning. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The room has amenities as expected from a 5-star hotel.

Location of Diamond Hotel in Roxas is great if you have business around the area but it's a ride away to other shopping malls in the area. Also not to far to the airport.

Lovely hotel and impressive entrance. Very clean and comfortable. Excellent customer service. The children enjoyed the swimming pool, despite really busy periods. Close to Mall of Asia, Robinsons plaza and numerous restaurants.

Lifts on the right side were out of order during our stay. Gym facilities were disappointing in comparison to the grandeur of the hotel. We bought a shake in the lobby lounge expecting a free cuddly toy as part of an offer, but were not informed that this was out of stock, so we did not receive this.

Comfortable, spacious and clean room. Great breakfast selection in lovely dining room. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good location, easy walk to Robinsons Mall. Good swimming pool - nice temperature and good sunbeds.

The wifi was poor for such an upmarket hotel. TV reception poor and sometimes non-existent. Cost of pool-side beverages - 2250Php for two fruit shakes - that’s over $US38 for two non-alcoholic fruit drinks!
