We only stayed overnight so my opinion is limited but wished we could have enjoyed the lovely pool. The building and the rooms are super nice and with plenty of space. Really nice breakfast and a 20 min drive from Manila airport. We used Grant APP and for less than 400 pesos, we got the transport sorted

Not enough time to point anything out. The area is a lady bar area.... but I didn't feel awkward even going with 2 kids.

We liked the set up pf the place. It was hidden and we enjoyed our time.

The internet connection. During our stay we have family members that needs to work and hoping to enjoy their time with us but the internet connection keeps on being interrupted and at one point inaccessible. They had to go home early instead of enjoying the full stay. Also, there should be a 24/7 housekeeping or atleast someone st front to assist for certain matters like lost of internet connection and other amenities.

The staff are absolutely amazing very very helpful nno request is greeted with anything but a big Filipino smile , pool is great management were very considerate after I broke a coffee cup due to my negligence , at first they wanted to pay for a replacement, but in the end they decided to accept is was an accident which I very much appreciated, I would absolutely definitely recommend and stay there again without hesitation, plus very short walk to Robinson‘S big mall at Ermita , smart tv good wifi and can’t be beaten pricewise don’t expect the Taj Malah but you will be pleasantly surprised when you check your next bank statement 8/10 genuine review S T Collins

Lack of range and oven just has one of those new electric elements my partner still managed to cook some amazing meals otherwise all is good and things like that are normal for the Philippines

Mentioned already in the previous review. Staff are warm and very friendly from the housekeeping team, security, restaurant and front desk. We had a situation wherein we are about to leave however the guest’s car in front of our car went out the property that made us stuck. Since the guest were expected to return the next day already, the management gave us a complimentary overnight stay in one of their hotel rooms with free 3 servings of breakfast. Thank you Adriatico Suites. My kids loved the pool as well. We will come back again.

Flooring in the 3rd floor apartment are quite old already.

A bit outdated but spacious, secure, relatively quiet, clise to centre, shopping mall with supermarket and food options. Also I couldn’t check-in early, but at least to leave a bag at no extra cost. And generally good price. The breakfast is from the menu - you can choose two meals - they have continental or local options. Swimming pool a good addition.

From other reviews you would assume that sometimes there is no hot water, but that is not the case - there is no hot water as such, just a single tap of cold water in the sink or shower. The area around (or Malate in general) is trashy, but lots of security, so feels safe.

I absolutely loved the botanical oasis style swimming pool and gardens and we’re very impressed with the spacious suites. These apartments are currently being updated however already they are at a very good standard even though they are dated slightly. It’s an extremely great vibe for being in a city centre. It makes you feel like you are not even in the city until you walk out the doors. This place is very well looked after and they take pride in cleaning the area. Staff are very accommodating and I would recommend this place to absolutely anybody visiting this area. I would definitely book this again.

Perfect stay for our last 2 days in the Philippines. The accommodation is down a quiet street off of the main road so it's nice and peaceful. The self catering rooms were great, you get all the appliances plus your own water dispenser. The pool is perfect to cool off in and the breakfast is delicious. Staff were very attentive and friendly. There are lots of shops and restaurants on the doorstep. Would recommend to anyone coming to stay in Manila.

Can't fault the hotel at all, downside is it is near quite a deprived area. Lots of children on the streets which could be hard for some people to witness.

Trustworthy and friendly staff. The location is great. Easy access to the mall restaurants, etc. The room is big and comfy beds. Large flat TV ,separate toilet and bathroom. I really love their kitchen they have complete utensils, so we don't have to bring anything. We chitchat while cooking with my siblings. We had a great family bonding ❤️ Thank you so much for accommodating us.

The generator is a bit noisy because our room is in front of it something is beeping inside our room but I can't find what it is. But,it's OK 'cause it didn't harm us. The water pressure goes smooth in the morning but low pressure at night. The toilet, when you flushed it, the water is coming out too slow. The hot water is too hot and weak water flow, that's why we ask for the bucket so we can add cold water on it. Lastly, the smoking area is good, but in the afternoon, it's too hot because it doesn't have a roof or sunshade, and when it rains, you'll gonna get wet. All rooms are strictly no smoking, so i have no choice but to go out to have my Me Time. Don't get me wrong, we really love this place.

Quality of water in the pool.

Good location in Malate, nice swimming pool that gets sun so water not cold. Good for its price. Breakfast is included.

Rooms need renovation, no reception/lobby at night and the access is through a dark alley. They don't clean your room every day which is unacceptable in a country where a cleaning person's pay for a week is less than the cost of one room for one night.
