An exceptional hotel! The rooms are comfortable, each with an en-suite bathroom, reliable hot water, air conditioning, and a fan. The cleanliness is impeccable, and the entire place has a wonderful sense of order and care. What truly sets this place apart is the warm hospitality of the owner, who even offered me a complimentary ride to Maya Port to catch the ferry to Malapascua—an incredibly kind gesture! To top it all off, complimentary coffee and tea are provided in the morning, making the stay even more delightful. Highly recommended!

Everything was perfect !

We stayed for one night between the bus ride and then the ferry to malapascua. It was perfect for this! The last stop for the bus is right next to the hotel and the ferry port also right next to it! The restaurant is on the same road and is good too! The staff was helpful, knew the info about the boats and it was super clean and comfortable!

Good to know is that google maps shows the old ferry port which is a little away from the accommodation. The new one is right next to it so perfect for our purpose!

We were recommended Arriyus Apartelle as place to starkly in Maya after ferry closes for Malapascua at 5.30. I stayed with my two teenaged kids. Easy to book. Immediate correspondence from owner on booking and offer to help. Check in super easy. Boyd the owner super friendly and helpful in every way. Even drove us to meet the ferry. Highly recommended as stopover.

We didn't have breakfast, but did have coffee and loved the relaxing porch and kind hosts! Our stay was very last minute due to a mistake by another hotel and Arriyus Apartelle kindly gave us a room and even allowed us a very unconventionally late check-in as our flight was delayed. They helped us with our ferry to Malapascua and back and our taxi both ways, even though we only stayed the one, unexpected night! I cannot say enough great things about this place and these people!

No complaints!

The place was amazing for a good rest before taking the boat to Malapascua next day. The beds are the most comfortable I’ve slept in Phillipines. And it’s conveniently located over a convenience store, owned by the same person that runs the hotel, Boyd. A charismatic character that will greet you in the morning with some coffee and treats before taking you to the port so you don’t have to walk.

It is a bit expensive for Philippines media, but the next best option is a budget Inn next to it that’s not even in Booking.

This place is perfect if you arrive in Maya Port after a long travel and want to stay overnight till fetching the ferry to Malapascua! The stay is very close were the bus stops and close to the ferry port. The hosts are lovely and welcoming. We had a twin bed room which was very clean and comfortable. The aircon worked perfectly and we got even slippers and soap for our needs. Also downstairs is a shop where you can buy everything you need.

Boyd was waiting for us to get us comfortably settled even though we arrived later than expected and after a long trip. Very friendly and helpful.The hotel is a short walk to Maja Port for our transfer to Malapascua. He even drove us over with our luggage.He invited us for coffee with his family before our departure. We were also impressed with the well stocked store which could be very convenient to transiting as well.

The accommodation was very clean. I arrived after midnight and the owner was expecting my arrival. He gave clear instructions for what to do when I arrived. The next morning they offered crackers and coffee free of charge. Another option was an incredibly tasty omelette for 150 pesos. He also happily offered a ride to the port.

Very nice hosts, early connection for a ride from Cebu airport, clean place, comfortable bed, coffee, tea and biscuits in the morning, plasent staff, Amazing location (1 min. From the port to Malapascua). They also have s store you can buy things if you are missing before going away. Free good wifi

Stayed here so that i could take the ferry in the morning instead of rushing for the last ferry to Malpascua, and it is very near to the pier. There's a pretty nice restaurant near it. It is clean and new and toiletries are provided. Quite a good first impression of Cebu.

Dont think there's anything to do around here at night, my stay was purely to make it easier to take the ferry to Malapascua. The restaurant near it closes about 8:30pm - 9:30pm, heard the restaurant do close early if there's no people. So remember to pack your breakfast from the city if your plan is to take the early morning ferry.
