Good location, just a few mins to walk to the Main Street for restaurants and bars and the beach for diving / snorkelling! The actual room looks exactly like the picture ! They catered our late arrival and would ask us everyday if we need our room to be cleaned ! Nice staff and comfortable room! A thicker blanket was provided upon request. There are few things can be done easily that would significantly improve the guest comfort - 1. add kettles and coffee tea to room instead of having it to be shared at the reception 2. Provide thick blanket in the cupboard instead of upon request 3. Have black out curtains 4. Have more bedside lamps/ mood light Otherwise we enjoyed our stay very much !

Staff were lovely. Room was nice and shower was decent. Balcony was cute. Refillable water was appreciated. 5 min walk to the beach and restaurants.

Could have done with a kettle on balcony in kitchenette - there is hot water available but in the morning it would be good to not have to leave the room to make a coffee.

excellent location, close to the main area of Moalboal. Spacious apartment with a good bathroom and excellent water pressure and temperature in the shower. Excellent wifi suitable for two digital nomads taking work related calls. Super helpful staff who organised us a taxi transfer from the airport and to our next destination (Maya Port) and booked an excursion for us, even amending our booking for us when we were unwell one day. All in all, a fabulous stay.

Everything went great, I would totally recommend this place. First of all, Christina was super nice and responded very quickly to all my questions and arranged everything (laundry, taxi, motorbike rental etc). You also have the possibility to cook simple breakfast if you want. We had a great time playing pickle ball for the first time, we enjoyed it very much. The rooms were spacious and clean, the AC and the WiFi worked perfectly. The location was perfect too : very near the central street but far enough not to be bothered by the nightlife noise.

Just a suggestion : you could add some clothes airer outside to make the suimsuits dry maybe. But everything was fine !

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms were comfortable, as was the bed. There was a kitchenette on the lanai, as well as a large table where you could eat meals or hang out.

They should add an electric tea kettle to the kitchenette and perhaps add some tea/coffee. We just heated up hot water in a small pot. There was a tea/coffee setup for guests at the reception area, but you had to get dressed and go down there to get it.

We LOVED beyond island, one of our favourite hotels in the Philippines. It was so clean, perfect location (2 minutes from the Main Street, but still really quiet) and the staff were so so lovely. It even had a court for pickle ball, my boyfriend had never played this before but they had games on every night and everyone was really welcoming and showed him how to play. Can’t fault this place at all.

Only thing I could say is they don’t do laundry and it’s a bit of a walk to get this done, but other than that amazing

Everything about this accommodation was excellent. The staff were always so kind. We were delayed getting to the accommodation, and they were very helpful, even offering us self check in if we were too late. The room was perfect. A good size, comfortable, clean, and the bathroom had nice warm showers. There was shampoo and soap provided. There was free water refill at reception and tea and coffee. The kitchen on the balcony was ideal for our 4 days. We had everything we needed to cook our 3 meals each day. There is a line outside too to hang wet clothes. The location is a two minute walk to the sardine run and turtles but is still in a quiet location. There was a pickle ball court which we were able to play free of charge. The staff told us the rules and helped us along while we played. Everything about our accommodation was great. We would definitely recommend.

I came and got the regular standard room. I asked if there were upgrades available because I wanted a fridge. And they did! The room upgrade was fabulous. So nice to have a little porch. Reheat left overs. Make breakfast and coffee in the morning. And the two girls working the front are great! So sweet and helpful. I really liked my stay here. And it’s so close to town and restaurants. Everyone loves the pickle ball court. I don’t play. But it gave the place a lively warm feel.

We originally booked a room for 4 days and we loved it so much that we extended our stay to 7 days. What we loved the most was the size of the room, the hot shower with good pressure, the amazing location close to the main center and the good wifi. We moved to a bigger room for the last 3 days and we loved the balcony and the kitchenette/fridge. We could prepare our own breakfast which was great! Another plus was the free water and coffee in the reception. And of course the amazing Italian dinner Massimo (the owner) prepared for us.

The only thing we believe they could improve is the water pressure in the second room we stayed. Opposed to what we experienced in our first room, the pressure was very little.

Beyond Island is perfectly placed - 5 min walk from the beach and 10 min walk from the main street with restaurants. The staff were extremely nice and oferred helpful advice (e.g. the location for exchanging money). The rooms were big enough, a balcony was a plus. At the reception we were able to refill cold and hot water and get some instant coffee. Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient.

Maybe it would be good to add some stronger light/bulb in the room.
