The accommodation is basic, clean, comfortable, and in a quiet area of town - perfect to escape the noise and crowds of Alona Beach. The staff here are exceptional and always on hand to help you with any issues. Although a 30-min walk from the heart of Alona Beach (or a 5 min tuk-tuk), you are surrounded by wonderful local restaurants, markets, and convenience stores away from the tourist hotspots. The pool is well-maintained, and there is a water station to refill your waterbottle for free without having to leave the hotel.

The location is further from Alona Beach, which I liked, as it is much quieter and away from those visiting to party. Alona Beach is approximately 20-30 minutes' walk away. The pool is lovely, as are the staff. I found the staff friendly and helpful when I requested refills of my water bottle. The rooms are spacious, with good AC, and toiletries are provided.

The bathroom is a bit dated/had some wear and tear from other guests. The temperature of the shower could have been warmer; it didn't get above what I would describe as 'cool' water.

I like the staff kasi mabait, palabati at matulungin, the location, the spacious room with its furnitures and fixtures, and the design of the property.

Some pictures here in booking.com is not updated, the chair in pool is not like that. The pool is not clean properly, it has this hose floating in the water. Mosquitoes and other insects are also present and active in the vicinity, cant unwind in pool. Lastly and worst, there is no water supply in the room. Noon una mahina lang pero the next day, as in wala na, nag-igib na lang ang staff. I dont know the reason, kung noon lang ba yun or ganun na talaga.

Spacious, clean room with a comfortable bed, soft pillow, and powerfully aircon. The WiFi was also great! The pool area is peaceful and lovely to relax in, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. There is also free water and coffee throughout the day, as well as an on-site bar. I liked the location of this hotel as it's a short distance away from the noisy part of town, with a 24 hour shop outside and tuk tuk's are always parked outside if needed. I stayed in this hotel for 5 nights initially, and then returned fir another night later on my trip while in transit. Thanks again!

we liked it had a pool & that we had our own private room with comfortable beds!

we didn’t like that there was ants in the bathroom. they seemed to only stay there, but we weren’t really sure where they were coming from & what they were attracted too. when we checked in, there was yellow stains over the bottom sheet on the bed, we asked them to change and they did immediately to clean ones.

The staff here are extremely friendly and go out of their way to make sure your stay is wonderful. You can order breakfast at anytime and they will deliver it to your room with no charge. The beds are comfortable and the hot shower is great. Not all hotels in the Philippines have hot showers. We have extended our stay here twice. It's a 100 pesos ride into Alona Beach. There is a store across the street. It really is a great place to stay.

Really liked Softstone. Great value for money the rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful as well I had an issue with the bathroom in my room which was resolved promptly and I was given a different room

It is a bit far from the main busy area but this can also be a positive as it’s a lot quieter. if you have a bike it’s a great location otherwise have to get tuk tuks

I liked the staff and the overall peaceful atmosphere.

I didn’t like was the early morning noise, especially the rooster crowing at 5 AM, and the distance from the center, which made it harder to access basic services. by walking

The swimmingpool was pretty, the staff were super kind and helpful ~ we didn’t have hairdryer and they could gave us one, so that was a relief ☺️ there’s not many guests around so was peaceful!

Nothing special, if I need to say something is that the bathroom smells pee a bit but maybe it’s not property’s fault and it’s just the pipes ~~

Staff are all very accommodating, and room is nice and clean. Location is very accessible and convenient. The restaurant is very excellent, and with unlimited coffee. with restaurant that is so nice. Overall, it was nice and pleasant.

Clear Television and maybe you could provide the smoking area.
