In a 3 month period in the Philippines, this is the best accommodation I had in the Philippines this year. The location is wonderful, as it is not in the center of the crowd, but the street offers everything you need. In front of the room there is a small park with a barbecue, the rooms are very clean, as they are cleaned every day. Good bed, excellent air conditioning, large bathroom, 2 tables (inside and outside), and on the terrace there is an equipped kitchen for preparing food. The owner and staff are very friendly and ready to help with everything. In addition, the owner offers scooter rental for his guests at a reasonable price. The main tourist Alona beach is less than 2 km away. Since you have a scooter, I also recommend visiting Momo beach.

It's okay. But since the airport is close, a plane flies over every now and then, but you get used to it and it's not annoying.

The best of this accommodation is intention of owner make your stay as much comfy as possible. You are not bothered by old frying pan, or low pressure of water or noisy AC or garbage or food waste or bringing drinking water…. Everything just works really well, they care about you, THANKS FOR THAT = it’s exceptional (!) in 🇵🇭 , quality of sleeping is excellent there as well…. I enjoyed.

Incredibly clean and excellent staff. Our water was replaced without asking and our place was spotless with a daily clean! The kitchen was a great addition and added flexibility to travel style and a home-like feel. The location is great if you want to be out of the bustle of downtown but it’s also close to great dive shops! One of our favourite places from our 5 months travelling all around South East Asia!

A great homely stay! The owner Harold is lovely, the area is quiet away from the hustle and bustle of Alona beach but still enough shops and restaurants nearby. Our room was cleaned daily!! The kitchen area was a bonus too. Air con, fridge & warm shower.

A few ants (can’t really be helped!) & right next to airport so planes can be noisy (again, can’t really be helped!)

First of all the owner is the best -- friendly and makes you feel welcome all the time every time -- always available to help with everything you might need or want to know --- and so is the staff

Everything was perfect! Big room and bathroom, it was super clean as well. You have an outdoor kitchen and free water dispenser. You can also use the washing machine. The owner is very nice and helpful. You can rent motorbike there also. 30 minutes walk from the city center

Awesome experience. From my time of arrival to checking out. The owner is a very nice guy who is super helpful.The room was very clean and had everything you need. Warm water with good water pressure. Comfy bed. Already planning to spend time there again.

The room was fairly large and had a good working and quiet ac inside. Further all facilities were on hand. All in all a nice place.

The apartment is close to the street, noise from the streets can be quite loud sometimes.

It was absolutely perfect! You can find everything you need (fridge, tables, chairs, big bed, outdoor kitchen) and it is super clean. We could have stayed there for weeks!

Boss Harold was fantastic, spacious room with equiped kitchen, pláče is very clean. Highly recommended. When we visit Bohol we surely stay this nice pláče again.
