All the staff are super friendly, the facility is nice and clean well maintained, the room is unexpectedly huge size and we have comfortable sleep.

The housekeeping issue. The room would be more cleaner. We have been out all day from 8:30 to 9 pm and we put the sign outside the door MAKE UP THE ROOM. and we came back to our 4 rooms they just changed our towels, emptied the bin, and tidied up the bed, and they didn't change the bedding or hover the floor. Coz we can see lots of hair on the floor and also inside the shower. And with my daughter's room and family room. They cleaned and changed the bed however they left the toilet dirty, with lots of insects on the floor, and it looked like they never checked the toilet to clean.

they have average food in their restaurant to be honest they weren't good even when we were starving.

Only Seed is a lovely place. I especially enjoyed the big swimming pool, and I had rooms with direct access to the pool, which was amazing. The hotel staff are very friendly, Lyn, Marie, Trixie, and Judie especially, as I interacted with them the most.

The location is not that nice, you'll have to pay 300 peso for a tuk tuk (round trip) every time you want to go to the beach. It would've been much better if the hotel had their own tuk tuk service for the guests. Also the fridge in the room is very small.

The swimming pool was wonderful! We loved to spend time there after a day at the beach. The room was big and so comfy we felt like home

The breakfast has room for improvement. We didn’t have it included with our stay, but we tried it once and no more… Instant coffee was the only option available for coffee, and the juice is water with powder… as well as no many options for food

The location is amazing cuz it's quiet. Love all the foods they serve. The rooms were cleaned well and the staff were amazing. Highly recommend!

Hotel room is clean and spacious , swimming pool is clean , staffs are very friendly with great service and the hotel offers scuba dive service

The people singing karaoke out of the hotel which made little noise

The staff smiles all the time. The swimming pool is the best! Ms. Rhea and Ms. Marie is very approachable.

Just the bathroom- when you take a bath, the water leaks into the toilet.
