Staff was very friendly and helped me with getting laundry done and scheduling a pick to the pier. Room was cozy and plenty of TV channels. Also, the pool was clean and the beach was a short walk from my room. Was a short tuktuk ride from downtown.

The airport was really close by and you could hear planes flying over head very frequently. The food there was not very good, so I dined out most days. Shower door leaked all over the ground and I had to use my towel so I wasn't standing in water while using the toilet. Front door was very hard to get locked and didn't seem very secure, but the area did however. All and all, it was a decent place to stay for the price, but could use some improvements.

As I say, the family room was perfect for me and my friend. Clean pool, just metres from the beach, with staff who brought us the food we ordered for us to eat in the lounge area of our 'room'. Quiet, peaceful, just great!!!

For me, nothing. Loved staying here in a family room (two bedrooms and a lounge), right in front of the sea. If anything, you could say that it was not in Alona which is where the main shops and beaches are, so was a bit off the main track.

The dive crew was excellent. New experience diving from outrigger boats called Banca

We didn’t realize the restaurant and bar were closed except for breakfast (good choices, and great service). They could make sandwiches and had beer and soft drinks though other similarly sized resorts have full- service restaurants. That being said, there are several excellent restaurants within easy walking distance. Pearl and Mist are two, plus Rosas is very affordable

The room was nice, comfy, and the ac worked properly. The facilities were nice. We really enjoyed the island hopping tour we did with them. We saw dolphins, did snorkeling on Balicasag and saw the virgin islands. Breakfast was good.

This hotel is just incredible. Great and very clean room, nice swimming pool, quiet place and good restaurant for a very good price. But the most is the people who are working here. I made 2 booking mistakes and they did all what they can to repair my mistake. The best hotel I ever seen in Philippines

Super friendly personel. Great dive centre with many options. Close to, but not in the crowded area, so easy to go out for drinks and dinner, but return for a quiet night. Staff also arranged laundry and day-trips (Bee farm, Chocolat mountains, Tarsiers,...

Have a dive shop at the resort. Very convenient for divers to go to boats every day since they have their private access to the sea. Very friendly people.

Relatively simple resort. Facilities are a bit worn-out. Especially in the bathroom.

Good quiet location only a short tuktuk ride to the main tourist area. Lots of restaurants around. Has a scuba diving centre. Friendly and helpful staff

Beach is not meant for swimming. Too rocky and full of seaweeds

The property though not in the center (Alona), it has a beach front area. This resort is value for money.
