The team at Nora’s Place are phenomenal. We got ourselves into some trouble with a scooter whilst we were in Panglao and Anne and Chris went above and beyond to help us, we cannot thank them enough. We felt really supported and there’s a great family feel at the property. We had pizza and breakfast from the resturant and both were very good, and it was so nice to have our own little balcony 2 steps away from the pool.

The place is a little out of town, but as long as you’re happy to walk 10-15 mins it’s fine, or of course you can get a super cheap tricycle ride. The outside kitchen was a little tired so we didn’t end up cooking on it, but the food from the resturant was great so all in all not a problem.

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at this villa as a family. The villa is spacious and well-designed, featuring a comfortable bedroom and a living room with bunk beds and queen beds—perfect for a family. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything we needed to cook our own meals, which was a great convenience. Additionally, you can order from their restaurant, and they will deliver the food straight to your villa. One of the highlights was having our own private pool, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The bathroom was clean and spacious, and the WiFi worked well throughout our stay. The hosts were very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. The location was also perfect for our plans. It’s just a short 3-5 minute walk (by the beach) to the meet-up area for island hopping. Overall, we highly recommend this villa for a relaxing and hassle-free stay!

We liked how it was a walking distance away from Alona beach, kinda near stores and fast food chains. The indoor pool can be enjoyed by both kids and adults and it's a great place to relax from the busy alona beach. The facility offers toothbrush, shampoo, lotions and Off lotions for a price much more affordable than that convenience store in Alona beach. I would like to say to future customers of this place, read the note on the fridge before you start buying things outside.

There were a lot of mosquitoes, I know it's not the facilities fault but I hope they could do something about it. Sometimes the washroom by the pool could get smelly but I'm certain that if you bring that issue to the staff, they'll clean it up right away.

A great choice – excellent value for money! We booked two rooms. One had a slightly noisy AC, but it was fine overall. The host was very kind and helpful. Spacious rooms with reliable hot water and strong shower pressure. Fast WiFi and clean rooms. Each room had its own fridge and access to an outdoor private kitchen. Right next to the rooms: a large, clean pool, jacuzzi, friendly staff, and delicious pizza. Highly recommended – I’ll definitely be back!

Location is good but without scooter is 15 minutes walk to Alona beach.

It is not crowded nor noisy. It is wholesome. Best for friends and families. Pool is big . Staff are friendly. Aircon is cold. It has a hair blower. It has own kitchen with complete utensils. It has fast internet connection. It has contacts to local transport drivers so looking for immediate transport service is is so convenient. Pizza is the best!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just improve the hot and cold shower. It has a a hot and cold shower but the hot shower easily gets to cold mode. Also replace some pillows with fluffier pillows.

Nora’s place is a beautiful accommodation, very cozy and natural. it’s very safe and calm around. We really enjoyed our stay in a nice villa and recommend it to everyone! there is beautiful garden around, also a tasty food in local restaurant. It’s enough close to the main beach. And especially we liked local dog Bochok, vey sweet one!

As a tip, would be nice to have microwave in the kitchen. And the water in the slink in the kitchen stayed too long.

The place is very nice. They have a pool and a billiard table that is free of use if you stay at their place. The room is spacious, clean and has its own kitchen. So, you can cook your own meal if you're on a budget with family. You can also bring or deliver food without corkage or order at their restaurant. The owner is very attentive. She always asks if we're ok and if we need anything. The staff are polite and friendly. The place is not too close or too far from the alona beach so if you're looking for a chill kinda vibe of a place this is the place for you. The place is also powered by solar energy so during brownout you still have lights and electric fans to use. Also, if the Mist is part of your itinerary it's so close to this place. Like 2mins walk.

Staff are super kind, friendly and helpful. The swimming pool is wonderful for families and my kids spent hours splashing about, giving us parents plenty of much needed down time. Overall, great value for money.

The bedsheets were not in the room despite requesting them upfront, and we had to go and ask for them late at night upon arrival. The hotel is quite far from shops and other venues, which meant we had to get a tuk-tuk around most of the time. But overall, I would still pick this venue again.

The friendliness of all the staff, pool was right outside the room. Nothing was too much trouble, loved the breakfast and service the staff gave.

Some guests were outside their room until 4am talking quite loud, and when we first arrived there was a poker game going on which was initially for 2 female guests arriving quite intimidating but Anne had it all under control. This wasn’t every night and didn’t affect our stay.

The staff was nothing short of great. All equally friendly and Jack the owner was very helpful as he gave us some great tips on what to do around Panglao. Our room was very spatious and we had a nice and relaxing stay. Also the pool is great.

The bed in our room was ready for replacement. We slept well and the mattress was good but the frame came loose.
