What a great find this place was! Excellent staff, great rooms, lovely pool, awesome food. This place brilliant value would happily stay again !

The only thing even stated there was a dirty mark on a towel from cleaning our feet (there was 24 hours of rain during our stay) charged 500 peso for that. Think was bit petty and maybe put us off staying again

The ambiance and the interior design was great

When it’s time to pay by card I thought they have a card reader machine but instead they will get your physical card and they will input manually in their computer the card number including the CVV which is not safe and for me a big NO when it comes to security. I have escalated this already to the staff that the way they handle the payment method is wrong. They can use the details for future transactions as the computer has a memory/ history. I hope they will do something about it in the future.

Location: It's walking distance to Alona Beach and to the town center Responsive staff: I asked for help regarding port pick up, island hopping tour and island tour recommendation and they were very responsive and helpful. The room was really clean and spacious. The bed was comfy to sleep in. There was a table outside with the view of the pool. A drying rack for the wet swimmies also at the porch area. The whole place looked really nice and relaxing. The pool area was also lovely.

We noticed there was a weird smell in the shower area when we first arrived. Couldn't really transfer because they were fully booked. So I had to request for a deodorizing spray instead just to make it bearable. I think the next day it smelled like cat poop so we had to spray the room again. They only accept cash or visa card with 3% surcharge. I paid cash and there was also an additional 12% tax on the booking price. Quite expensive and for a no free breakfast place as well.

Possibly one of the best little hotels I ever stayed in in terms of value/amenities/comfort for the price. Spotlessly clean everywhere, superbly maintained, great comfort and facilities. Perfect location too with just a few mins walk to main road/beach but super quiet at night. Highly recommend!

Only thing, which is a pet hate of mine, is upon check in being presented with a list of all the potential extra charges for breakages, spillages etc. really not the best first impression and doesn't scream welcome, have a nice stay.

We like the room its comfortable for us, quiet and relaxing. The swimming pool is nice and well maintained.

I am a bit disappointed with the staff assigned at the front desk last 24th of July 2023, they are not accommodating. We arrived at 1:50pm, I do understand that the check in time is 2pm. They told us that our room is not yet ready so my family and I waited patiently however it took us 40mins before we entered our room. Another thing they told us that my husband cannot avail his discount as a senior citizen for the reason that he was not the one who booked the reservation. And then lastly the air conditioning system should be upgraded because of its poor performance . The food at their resto are so expensive.

The beds are super comfortable. Best sleeps I’ve had since arriving to Philippines! The staff are lovely and happy to help. The facilities available are nice to use, and the resort itself looks very good. Location is close to all of the action in Panglao, and very near the airport. Blackout curtains were also a brilliant addition!

Room felt very unfinished. There was a lot of exposed concrete, and behind the tv was a big hole in the wall where all the wiring went, which was again exposed concrete and no finishing around it. The sink in the bathroom was also unfinished underneath with exposed piping. The sign you can hang on the door flew off on the second day when we hung it out to ask to have the room cleaned, so the room didn’t get cleaned the entire stay. The food/drink available at the bar is very expensive, as are the trips the reception books for you. While convenient, you’ll get much better deals if you shop around. The tv required so much set up before we could use it, and the lack of lamps meant you had to choose between darkness and very harsh overhead lights all the time.

The resort was really nice, big room with lots of shelves for clothes and storage for luggage. Pretty room color and decoration. The outside was also super nice and cosy. The resort is located in a good location in between the main busy road and the beach. Its a very good value for money and staff was also super friendly.

The hotel looks as in the photos for the most part. The common areas are nice and kept very clean. The staff is attentive and courteous. The hotel was in general quiet, even for a busy long weekend. The location is great to go to Alona beach, it’s a 5-10 min walk (you will have to walk down some steps in the rock to access the beach). At night it’s easy to get a tuc-tuc to the main strip where the restaurants/bars are. I had breakfast once and wasn’t impressed (not enough yogurt to eat with the granola, mushy banana), but dinner was better. The double room in the upper floor was spacious and comfortable. They provided drinking water in the communal area. The shower had good water pressure.

I would only pick at the fact that they provide hangers but no rack to hang clothes from. Only one in the balcony to dry beach towels, etc. As others have mentioned, there isn’t daily housekeeping. I stayed Friday-Monday with late check out and the room was only cleaned after I left. I didn’t mind this so much, but it would be good to have something in the room to dry the shower room.

Perfect place for relaxing and chilling. The room was very big and super comfortable, the shower is large and the water pressure was good, the AC worked great and quietly. The whole place is super clean and just perfect! We had a great 4 nights stay, the location is perfect and only 5-10 minutes walking to Alona beach and restaurant/bar area, yet its very quite and away from the city and motorbike noise. The property has a very nice swimming pool and sitting area. The staff and the owner are super friendly and helpful. Definitely will go back again next time we visit Panglao.

Minor things - You can pay only cash or with paypal, but as I said it’s minor and the place totally worth it. The road to the place is dark at night but phone flash light will do and it’s only two minutes long.

The staff was friendly, helpful, and kind. They work very hard. The room was spacious and comfortable. The pools were very nice and the pool table was fun. All the food we had there was good and the location was close to the beach.

There was music from the neighborhood got loud all night on the weekend.
