The hotel has 26 rooms and therefore not too big (massive). The room was spacious and the balcony was more like a small terrace. The location is nearby the main road and therefore nearby restaurants, money changers, bakery, mini-markets etc. The beach was very nearby and a short-cut was granted by the Best Western Hotel by showing your Harmony-hotel key! A nice breakfast was served at the restaurant alongside the swimming pool. They had 5 different set menus to choose from.

Great location-close to everything with beach access just a short stroll away. Staff were amazing, friendly & helpful. Breakfast was the perfect way to start your day. Rooms are big, good air-con, tinted privacy windows on balcony a great touch. Safe moto parking. Pool & grounds are amazing and very relaxing. Good wifi. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Panglao ❤️

the bathroom shower holder was broken, and the water pressure take time to build up. the bathroom needs a proper cleaning and it's has mould and water stain on the shower wall. but again it's a not an expensive hotel. value for money but still the bathroom needs a proper cleaning

Short distance to beach, restaurants and markets. The staff was kind and helpful. The double room was nice but the 3-4 people room was even nicer cause it was at the front of the pool. Quiet place, not so many guests. They turned on music for us in the pool.

Breakfast was good, but it was from a menu and it was not a lot.

Everything was great. The room I had overlooked the pool. Breakfast was fantastic. The staff were amazing 👏 swimming pool, fab and 2 minutes to the beach. Very close to all amenities.

They don't any food other than breakfast which was a shame. However there are many restaurants very close by.

Location is just a few minutes walk to Alona beach. We love the facilities of this property. We enjoyed the pool since we were not able to go for a swim at the beach due to an upcoming storm (last May). We also appreciated that they provided a rack to hang your wet clothes. They also provided a simple breakfast enough for you to start your day ( extras with payment of course). The staff is also helpful. We asked for some requests like late check out (additional payment) and transportation to the airport.

The room and bathroom is quite old. Maybe a liitle bit of upgrade.

Location was great, 5mins walk from Alona beach. Seemed a little unusual to need to walk through the Best Western for beach access but this was not a problem. Staff were helpful and friendly. They also prepared a takeaway breakfast when we needed to depart at 5am. Useful veranda outside room, and convenient pool access. Peaceful location, despite being near beach and town centre Breakfast was good.

Some additional charges at breakfast - such as for extra toast, which seems petty at this price point.

The staff were very helpful when a tour didn't pick me up. Breakfast was good. The pool was lovely. Great location as close to beach and main street. WiFi Waa good. Very happy there.

The location of the hotel is great, very close to Alona beach and a large variety of restaurants. The staff of the hotel are particularly nice and always ready to help.
