They clean daily, unless you don't want it. Friendly and helpful staff. In general the place looks like it's been taken care of, the pool, the rooms, etc. Modern quiet AC, hot water, spacious rooms, comfortable beds. If we take as a fact that it's nearly impossible to find a good hotel for its money in Philippines compared to many other countries then this is a solid second.

Breakfast quality is just sad. The food is plenty but you won't eat much of it. If you stay on the first floor you'll probably keep your curtains shut all the time because of the people passing by.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the beach and shops. The staff on the front desk were always ready to help, and with the front desk being staffed 24 hours, we felt extremely safe. Housekeeping did a fantastic job of keeping the room tidy, with fresh linen and towels daily. Breakfast, which is included daily is basic but for the price of the room, is good for a quick bite to eat before leaving for the day. A nice selection of Asian and Western foods

The rooms can be a little noisy at night or early mornings from either music at local venues, or from other guests. The main communal area is right in the centre of all the rooms and loud voices really echoes around the buildings.

Prostitutes near the entrance in the evening making verbal offers to passers by. Directions from the beach drop off on google maps take you all the way around the back when the front entrance is only an easy 150ft up the road from the beach

Room what with high ceiling and spacious, water pressure was good, nice pool where they added chrorine every evening, good breakfast, location is good, service is good, also the motorbike rent flyer they have at the reception was a chill guy, they organized our morning trip to ferry terminal, everything worked really well.

Ants in the room, but we had this problem on every second hotel in Philippines, the label "do not make wet on bed" on every wall was hilarous, i guess they had bad experence with clients before us, but i get it.

This is worth every penny! The location - is a very good spot since it's just a few minutes walk from the beach. The staff - were polite, nice and friendly. They are accomodating to your request and always smiling to everyone. The resort - has clean facilities. Their towels smell so good and clean. Their bed linens and blanket are also nice. The air-conditioning is working well. They offer room cleaning every day if you wish to. The food - tastes so good. They offer plenty of options you can eat but most are Filipino breakfast which is very generous. Kimchi is also present maybe because majority of the visitors are Koreans. There's always fruit in the breakfast buffet too! For the drinks, I hope there's more options like fresh juices instead of iced tea in the morning. The pool - is well maintained and clean. However it's flat 5feet all throughout. Maybe you can have more options for the life vest sizing for Extra Large people who want to swim.

The only downside we had was there are no room phones so if you need something, you have to walk out to their reception area. But other than that, the resort as a whole was terrific!

Good and clean place in a central location. Great pool, good breakfast, working wifi, enjoyable showers. The staff is helpful - we received a room without any windows on the first day and they allowed us to change the room to the one with windows and balcony on the next day (carried our luggage from one room to another while we were away). Also our AC started to leak and they fixed it quickly. The room is well equipped - good fridge, water bottles, shampoo. The balcony is great for people watching - the best enterntainment to enjoy with some local rum (the hotel is located on a busy street). ;) The hotel also has a space for parking - useful if you rent a car! Everything you need is around the corner - supermarket, 7/11, restaurants, beach, bars, McDonalds etc. :)

Pool area was very nice and location near Alona beach excellent.

We had the first room next to restaurant, reception area and stairs which made the room very noisy and restless. Both customers and personnel walked by the room constantly or stayed next to it talking and/or waiting for other persons. All the preparations of breakfast early in the morning and people at the breakfast area sounded like they were inside the room with us. We couldn't even close the window properly as the locking mechanism was broken.

Great location. Super friendly and helpful staff. Large room for our large luggage. Decent free breakfast. Balcony to sit and relax and hang wet clothes. Would always like hotels to understand that more counter tops for personal items is very useful and helpful for travelers. The bedding was as typical of the Philippines… having too much fabric conditioning smell and it causes the fabrics to go sour in odor after a while. Would definitely stay here again.

Spacious room, very good located

Some of the rooms do not have a balcony and window. Please consider this while booking

The location is very good near the Alona beach and very accessible to all shops. The hotel staff are so friendly and are doing their best to make the guests feel happy and comfortable. Their Breakfast is superb with a lot of choices. Enough bread and fruits. The pool is great with 5ft deep.

I just did not like the rooms that are located on the 2nd floor. Their stairs are steep which is not good for older people and kids to stay, harder to go up and down.
