Comfortable bed. Location right on the beach. Good swimming pool. On site restaurant was good too. Nice picture perfect complex with not too many rooms.

A/c wasn’t very effective. A family with a baby sat in the restaurant outside one of our windows everyday making a lot of noise. Our neighbours had small children too who made a lot of noise as well. Noise at night from next door bar too. Bathroom needs a refurb.

Hotel staff, room, food, service, location.

We didnt like the boatman/tour guide for the island hopping. He's like nice but didnt act like our tour guide at all. Im not sure if he really is a tour guide. He was just there all quiet and just using his cellphone.

We had a wonderful experience. The resort has a laid-back and welcoming atmosphere, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay. The restaurant on-site offers a great selection of food—everything we tried was delicious. Prices are a bit on the higher side, but the quality and ambiance made it worthwhile. One of the highlights for our family was the pool. Our daughter absolutely loved it, even though it was a bit deep for young kids. We just made sure to stay close and supervise her, and she had the best time. Overall, the resort exceeded our expectations. It's a great spot for families or couples looking for a peaceful and enjoyable stay in Panglao. We'd definitely come back again!

That it was right on the beach, but the rooms were far enough away from the noise from the clubs.

The steep stairs with the steps higher than regulation. It was not family or senior friendly. With the bathroom downstairs, seniors who have to use the bathroom more frequently in the night because of medications, become high risk for falls. With small children, those stairs are a bad accident waiting to happen, and the balusters on the balcony are far enough apart for kids under 5 years old to fall through. I understand that the hotel started out as a divers’ hotel, so you need to post a warning that it is not for families with small children and seniors.

The beach is lovely, with fine white sand and shallow water. The beachfront is lively with many restaurants. We ate almost exclusively at the hotel because we liked the food and service so much. Their daily lunch specials were delicious! There is a wonderful pool inside the resort, with bungalows surrounding it. The overall atmosphere is peaceful and very tropical, and we can highly recommend this resort.

The steps to the upper floor in our unit were very steep and the bathroom was downstairs. Definitely ask for a single floor unit if you have mobility issues.

We really enjoyed our stay at pyramid resort. Our room was lovely and was cleaned regularly to a high standard. We stayed at the front of the resort giving us a great view from our large balcony. Great to sit out and watch the world go by! The staff were exceptional very friendly and efficient. One of the owners was on site every day. He was super friendly and always up for a chat. Always making sure we were happy with everything. The food was delicious and fresh with a good choice. The pool was lovely. Enjoyed a swim in there everyday. Would not hesitate to recommend this resort.

Fantastic location right on the beachfront and among restaurants. Spectacular beach views. Really good swimming pool. Nice tropical setting and adjoining restaurant is very good. Staff very friendly and helpful. Seaview room has a great upstairs balcony where you can relax privately but still see the beach and people along the foreshore area.

Overall the venue is excellent so not much to not like but for the Seaview room, having the bathroom downstairs was sometimes inconvenient, especially as the stairs are very steep. Bed matress a bit saggy but still okay. Compared to other brachfront accomodation in Alona Beach, this is definitely one of the better ones.

Situated right on the beach. Nice pool (be aware there is no shallow water, although there are life vests available). Walking distance to shopping etc. Great staff who are ready to help. We needed to leave at 6am and staff assisted by carting our luggage to the car. Good food.

Stairs to get to bedroom are quite steep and the bathroom is downstairs. Music from surrounding restaurants quite loud. Only way to access accommodation is along the beach (staff help to carry luggage).

Very centrally located on Alona Beach, this resort offers bungalows with a ground floor living room and bath and a very large upstairs sleeping room, with a view of the lovely pool. These units also have a covered patio with table and chairs. The resort includes a bar and a restaurant. It's relatively quiet, given its central location, and the pool area is very relaxing. The bar fronts on the beach so you are just steps away from the beach and lots of other dining choices if you don't want to eat there.

As the resort will tell you in advance, there is no road access to the resort. The nearest road ends a short distance from the resort. The walk is a little challenging with luggage but the resort had someone bring our bag to the road when we checked out, which was very considerate and helpful. The person at the front desk did not have much information on local sightseeing options.

we were only there for two nights and on both days our sleep was disrupted by a loud propeller noise. not sure if it was a one off but it was quite loud
