Property is very well located, close to restaurants and beachfront. Staff is very kind and accommodating.

The towels were a bit old and had bleach stains which I don’t mind too much about as long as they are clean.

Very close to the beach and also to the more quiet part of the beach.

Overall I'd advise not staying near Alona beach - it's too crowded and doesn't have enough nature around.

Peaceful location, no bar noise but just a 3/4 minute walk along the beach to the main strip. Beach on your doorstep. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Breakfast available. They arranged a transfer taxi for us.

They want you to pay with a bank transfer (as a foreign guest this takes days which they wouldn't accept), it's 2023, I think there should be a card payment method. Our bathroom had a vent in it, whoever was behind this room was extremely noisy, it sounded like the kitchen, from like 8am. Also staff were sweeping the path outside our door with a wooden Broom from 7/8am for a couple of hours. We really needed to sleep in after a long journey and needed rest and couldn't sleep past 7:30.

Fantastic location. Just a few steps onto Alona Beach which has a great sunset and lots of restaurants, bars and shops.

Location was fantastic. A lovely clean beach to take a dip right at the front of the hotel. Very close to a variety of bars and restaurants without the noise of passing people as at the end of the beach. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Friendly helpful staff.

The bumpy muddy road in is a surprise at first but you don’t have to walk up this road to get into the Main Street you can walk along the beach and then head up.

The property is at the end of Alona beach but the beach is small compared to Borocay and in my opinion much classier. The staff are wonderful, I felt very comfortable. It was near the birdwatchers bar which is owned by Glen, a kind humorous Aussie who made my stay and introduced m to his lovely family.

Just it’s a little dated but location for me makes up for an older property that is clean and has helpful features wonder staff.

The resort is only a few minutes from the beach which is perfect for an early morning swim. It's also a very quiet location but still near to many restaurants, shops and spas. The staff are very welcoming, friendly and cater for all your needs. I would definitely stay here again.

The location and WiFi are probably the best in this trip. There are many restaurants and spas nearby, and there are also many tour guides. I must recommend a restaurant that is affordable and delicious. For other seafood restaurants, you must ask about the price first.

Very nice place good location . Large comfortable rooms. Staff is helpful and good.

The only drawback for me was that the road to enter is private and bumpy in need of repairs. And was hard to find.

A pity as we were a group of 3 that for some reason, we had to have 2 rooms yet there were x2 double beds in each room. Other than this, the resort is great and close to bars, restaurants and beach fun. Tours were great into Bohol and around Panglao. Our taxi driver Domz was great too.
