Breakfast location was excellent and quality was great. Just would like to point out that breakfast menu is skewed towards Asian pellet. I would love to have seen bacon available every day and Also a wet dish at least of Baked beans or Spaghetti

Not being allowed to access pools in the Henann main resort or use the pool bar for charge back to room :-( Especially when I usually stay at the main resort!

10/10 experience Location: a great spot, we rented a scooter from just down the road and they had parking for us. Awesome security guard always made sure I got a good park right out front. Room: lovely, very clean. Great shower with good water pressure (hard to come by, out of 5 hotels we’ve stayed at in the Philippines this is the best) and good aircon. Pools/beach: couldn’t get better, comfortable relaxing chairs and well maintained pool. Immediate access to the beach. Staff always around to supply drinks. Staff: very helpful. We needed help with our tv and they sent someone straight away. Always so friendly walking past. Food: awesome breakfast buffet.

Had a lovely stay at this beachfront hotel. The room was very spacious, with a beautiful pool view, and the bathroom was equally roomy and well-designed. Breakfast had a wide variety of options to choose from. The location is fantastic—close to plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops, with tuk-tuks readily available. I’d definitely recommend staying here. Tip: go for a high-floor room on the left side—this gives you the best of both worlds: sunrise views from your doorway and a stunning sunset sky from your balcony.

One minor downside is that espresso-based coffees aren't included in the breakfast, so there is an additional charge, which might be a Henann group policy rather than specific to this hotel.

Great location emaculate clean room and building amazing pool area's the food was very tasty and the staff were so friendly welcoming and helpful.such great value for money

Amazing experience from start to finish. Hotel.immacuately clean. Every single staff member was friendly and helpful . Great team spirit visible amongst the team. Roof top bar and pools were lovely. Lucky enough to have booked a swim up room which we took full advantage of.

Had buffet dinner one evening . Went down at 8.30pm . Restaurant fairly quiet at this time. Large buffet but every single item of food had been left.out way too long, so food was dried out and inedible. Am sure it would have been a much better experience at 6pm !

The Buffet is affordable but delicious. All areas are squeaky clean, all amenities and supplies are clean. Staffs are friendly, hospitable, accomodating, and hardworking. We love the happy hour cocktails and drinks which is cheaper actually than the prices in the bars along Alona Beach. We love the mojito and drinking it next to the Skypool. With this excellent experience we will book with Henann Hotels next time. Will wait for Henann Palawan. Will recommend it to my family and friends.

I wish there was a walk/pathway from Premier to the other Henann resorts instead of just the beach. This is very important: Why do you guys insist on having a deposit? I think holding and returning room deposit on CC within 4 weeks in unacceptable. Other hotels place a hold on your creditcard instead? Also, for a premium resort it is very strange I have to wait additional 5 minutes when checking out to check my room is weird.

The hospitality from all the staff is top-notch. The rooms were of high quality. The Wi-Fi was fantastic and stable. They have wonderful sky pools with an amazing view.

The only downside is the breakfast buffet, which was very crowded. This is something to think about. There were many seaweeds in the ocean right across from the property during our stay. We were in South Palms, where they have a tractor to remove the seaweeds. However, at Henann, the staff swept and dug them out manually. While it’s good that people have jobs, I’m not sure if this is the most efficient or best approach.

Location location location and breakfast were just excepetional. We only stayed pone night so sadly did not get chance for pools and other facilities to comment on.

Everything shut super-early, including in-room service and the bar. I fanced a couple of beers on the balcony (nothing in the fridge), and could not order anything on room service past 10pm, go down to the bar, because the bar had shut. Majorly frustrating on my last night in Bohol.
