Outside area is nice, surrounded by palms, grass and trees. Main road is away by walking distance, the beach as well. Room is spacious.

Property is little bit outdated and it needs renovation. It could be more lights in the room.

Great location, close to the beach, restaurants etc. Staff are lovely. You are treated like family. Rooms are good for the price. Comfortable bed, hot shower, a/c. They kindly stored a small backpack for me as I was returning again soon. Will definitely stay there again as I am a regular visitor to Panglao. 😊

Sometimes the neighbours can be a little noisy, slamming doors, loud conversations, but that's only a minor concern.

We upgraded our room for an additional 1000 and we got a bigger clean spacious room with ref and table inside. We can cook with no charge. Beds were comfy and aircon was all cold. We can walk to the main road where public transportation, groceries and restos are. Few minutes walk to the beach. Wifi is accessible outside. They have mini store in the reception.

Not beach front. Walk to the beach is 5-8mins. Beware of angry dogs along the pathways. Very dark pathways too. Wifi doesnt reach the inside rooms you have to go outside to get a good signal.

Great location, walking distance from beach and lots of bars and restaurants. You can rent snorkels and they will organize transport for you and let you store luggage. Provided a towel and small amenity kit with toothbrush, toothpaste and bar soap and sachet of shampoo/conditioner. Small balcony area with line to hang clothes.

There were some ants/spiders in the room, think that’s standard for the island though. On a dirt road which gets messy if it rains.

The rooms are simple but clean and comfortable. Large bathroom with shower curtain and hot water. Great a/c private porch to leave shoes and sand outside. Close to the second best swimming side of beach. The first is other end which is corded off for resort hotel.

The path to beach is about 5 minutes along a dirt road/path full of potholes but typical of towns in the Philippines. The upside is it leads to the best place to swim and sunbath unless you are Paying over 100usd at a big resort. The hotel is off the main strip and at least a 10 minute walk to restaurants but walking along the beach is very nice walk and being farther away means you avoid the party scene or crowds or noise. We would book room here again for the price paid.

The rural country home ambiance but few steps away is the town center so you may enjoy the city comfort and there is a shortcut only 1 minute walk away from the beach front of Alona beach, very safe area considering it is very affordable.

Remove the stagnant water near gate entrance coz it might be a breeding place for mosquitoes then it will be perfect place to relax because I love the ambiance and the accomodating staff.

Location was really good. Area was peacefull and quiet but from there was only 2 minutes walk to the alona beach and 2 minutes walk to the main road where is best restaurants.

Accommodation was everything I expected. The early checkin was very appreciated. The quietness was a Godsend as I'd had enough of Roosters and traffice by the time I arrived.

The hot water in the shower wasn't hot enough for me and, although nothing to do with the resort, the road leading to both the main road and the beach is really bad, even by Philippine standards.

Good location in Panglao close to the beach and the main street with all the restaurants Very friendly owner that helps you with everything you need (transportation, tours etc) Shower with hot water and at the reception is a free water refill station available Lot of space, strong A/C and even free toilet brush in the room to use Outdoor kitchen available that we didn‘t use

Wifi speed and signal was changing day by day from very fast to a little slow, but still quite good outside the room

The lady running reception at this place was so welcoming, friendly and helpful. Our guests enjoyed their time here and the rooms were better than expected. If you have a big family and are used to this level of accommodation you'll being able to cook, live and stay close together 'filipino' style.

The roads are a bit rubbish and beach access a bit tricky (but doable), the price is unbeatable.
