Staff was very nice, helpful and accommodating. Our room was surprisingly big, with possibility to prepare your meals. Shower worked well, including hot water.

Although it is a beachfront hotel, you can't use the beach for sunbathing/relaxing.

I like the quietness of the property. Away from the noise of Alona but still had a beach view and access. The room was big with a small kitchenette, fridge and a living room area. Then there were hammocks in front of my room which was a nice place to hang out. Ate Juana and Elena was super helpful with my inquiries and always had a nice smile every morning.

The maintenance of the access to the beach might need some cleaning and sweeping as there were dog chewed diapers on the sand and grass parts. But every thing else was good value for money.

Love the location which is out of the way a bit further away from Alona Beach so it's very quiet. The hotel is a collection of different houses right on a working fisherman's beach. Still very nice and lively. The water is beautiful out there. Rowela the manager and her mom Momma Rose were wonderful. Rowela helped me with buying ferry tickets and the best location to rent a motorbike. Rowela also help me set up a car to the resort and to the ferry. She's amazing. I highly recommend this place and I'm going back to stay in a week.

🤔 I'd say you need a motorbike or don't mind walking about 100m to the road to get a tuktuk. But, the place is on the beach and quiet so not much to complain about.

Our room felt more like an apartment. Spacious, very comfortable bed and great hot shower. WiFi worked really well. Plenty of places to put things and hooks and hangers. Gas ring on the balcony and pots pans and plates. Fridge, kettle, toaster, good air con and fan. It is down an unmade road which is pretty much normal in Philippines. Motorbike rental good price and tours available to book from here. We did the Island hopping on a private boat (5 people) and it was fantastic as we skipped landing on sand bar (our choice) and continued to snorkel in the most wonderful area. Elena was our main point of contact and she was so friendly and always with a smile. There is a lot to like about this place. You can even swim to and snorkel at a reef drop off from outside the back gate. It does take around 20 mins to get to it though and watch out for urchins. Head left to the bouys. Starfish and sometimes a sea snake on the way. Very cool. 25 mins walk to Alona beach area or grab a tricycle. Many around.

Had everything we needed, big room with good bed, equipped kitchen with fridge, cooking stove. They changed towels every time we asked. Wifi works great. The host welcomed us with fresh bread, butter and jam. We rented scouter directly from accommodation at good price. It is far enough from the road so you don’t hear trafic noise and Aliona beach is close enough to either walk or pay 100-150 for a tri-cab.

During the mornings is noise due to both the boats near the accommodation and to hosts working around the complex. There is a bit of mold smell in the room so you will probably need to ventilate a bit every day.

The room was clean and large. I recommend the downstairs garden view rooms for couples. The ac and wifi are strong, and the little kitchen has everything you need. I liked the quiet of the location and it being right next to the beach. (The beach is used for mooring boats but is swimmable.)

Some people might not like the distance from the usual locations. We chose it for this since we wanted some quiet but be aware that you’ll need to either scooter around (rentals available 400/day) or tricycle. You can also walk to Alona beach but its hot and along the road and takes around 20 min.

I like the location, you have a beautiful view of the beach at your backyard and I also like the friendliness of the caretakers, they gave us suggestions on what activities we can enjoy during our stay in Bohol. They are very accommodating.

What I don't like is the high cost of food in Bohol, they only have rates for tourist (foreigners). It would have been better if they have local rates for filipino tourist.

The Villa Room is quite big, Two pretty ladies manage the place ,They are quite helpfull can ask them to arrange the island hopping or the country side tour..They rent Scooter also 300 per day. The alona beach is 1.8 km ,Really liked the hospitality of the owner,There is a beach nearby which can access.

Last the morning the Electricity was off when we about to check out, I am not sure there is a power back up or not .Because we were already checking out ,we did not ask.

Juana is a wonderful person and she really takes care of her guests. I felt welcome and taken care of. She arranged my tours and brought me breakfast to bed. :) Thank you!

I booked based on location b/c it was next to beach. The beach was disappointing b/c its rocky. It is not a nice sand beach. It was my first place in the PH and it was my first impression. But you are still next to the water and can see a nice sunset.
