the staff were very courteous & accomodating, rooms were clean, beds & pillows were comfy, towels replaced daily, transportation was always available wherever we want to go.

beachfront was not very inviting for swimming as it was full of seaweeds

The hotel is far from luxurious, but offers all basic necessities for a family holiday. The staff is exceptional -- well mannered, cheerful, and very helpful; from the receptionists, to the waitresses at the restaurant, probably the best experience we've ever had in the Philippines. They also offer tours to visit different attractions and tourist spots around the island at a decent price.

Kitchen menu is a bit basic, but I guess that's understandable for a small family hotel. Most of the time, we were the only people at the restaurant during lunch or dinner.

Beautiful hotel really nice location, staff very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was basic but tasty. Private beach and pool as well as roof top was very nice

Unfortunately the place is right on the flight path for flights either arriving or leaving the nearby airport so I was often woken up by a flight early in the morning. (For a holiday) the bathroom was nice but could do with some rejuvenating. Breakfast was a little pricey considering options available a short drive to Alona beach.

Things that I liked included the staff's friendliness and accommodating attitude. They were very kind. The pool was lovely to swim in. The beds were soft and the air con was good. The rooms were clean. The hotel was quiet.

The hotel is very close to the airport. Which is good when you need to go to the airport quickly, but keep in mind that means you can hear the planes fly overhead, and that can be loud if you are not used to it. (Planes don't fly that often which is good) They offer tours, however I found they were overpriced. When I went to Alona beach I found tours for less than half the price they were suggesting at the hotel. The hotel is a good 30 min walk to Alona beach.

I like the place and the location. Its quite wjhich is vwry good. I like their staff Jhoanna and Niko. They are very attentive. Kudos to them.

Theres no water pressure especially in the 3rd floor. I didnt like the housekeeping the most. We stayed 6D5N in 2 difderent rooms. But not even once they come to change the towels, put toiletries and take the garbage. Ii need to go down everyday in the recelption to ask for a towel and take our garbage out.

On the ocean , staff very accommodating

The staff were very accomodating and attentive. Room directly in front of pool. Boat tours directy in front of hotel. Easy request for transport and tours. Quiet location.

The beach and water isn't ideal to swim in. Very shallow and dirty due to boats coming in and out. Restaurant upstairs is incredibly slow and food mediocre. Best to eat at Alona. Beach pearl sellers very persistent and annoying. Wished security would stop guests being harrassed

Location is a 5 minute tricycle ride to the stores and restaurants..At the end of the hotels driveway is a small resort called Mad Monkey. This place is great for coffee and a bite to eat if you don't want to go into town. The hotel staff is very nice, responsive and helpful! Also, the room had a nice view of the pool and beach. I would stay here again even with the few minor things I didn't like.

Overall the the two bedrooms and bathroom are dark. The bathroom is especially dark with no light above the bath mirror. The hot water only last around 2 to 3 minutes. The pot to boil hot water seemed old and needed cleaning.

The property was nice and clean, and big plus from the beachfront view (which was stunning especially on sunsets). The hotel is kinda small, so there were not a lot of people during our stay, so when we spent a day on the pool we could be just by ourselves. Room and bathroom was clean, breakfast good and the staff very very friendly, welcoming and helped us with everything we needed.

Only things that comes to my mind is that the location is a bit far, but there are a lot ot trycykles available, and the hotell staff will help you to have one. Also there were a lot of ants on the balcony and the water pressure was bad (also no hot water at all), but despite of these, we had an amazing vacay in here!

Breakfast was okay, if a little limited. I was very pleased with staff assistance. The view from our rooms of the beach and pool was excellent.

When we first arrived we we put in a room with an en-suite bathroom, and a glass divide between them! Who does that? Much as I love my partner I don't want her watching me take a dump! Also the glass door was soo heavy it crushed my partner's thumb against the frame. However, the staff responded wonderfully and moved us to a new room with seperate bathoom, no glass divide.
