The staff is excellent. The pool is always clean and big enough to do laps in. The food is great, especially the breakfast. The location to everything is nice - there is usually a tricycle TukTuk waiting for you. The staff moved us to the exterior building in back where rooms are much bigger and is quieter. There is always other tourists to chat with. The view from the building in back is fantastic. 3rd time staying here, stayed a few days each time, and always enjoyable.

Rooms are a little small for 2 adults - but the back rooms are excellent.

The staff, the food (especially morning mango milkshakes), the incredible pool. I been twice for few days at time now and be back for 3rd time. Location is excellent, right in heart of Puerto Princesa and close to airport. This place rocks.

The price is really good for what you get, they have all facilities you'll need for your trip. Bathroom, A/C blows cold accomodations for bigger familes. I only stayed here for one measley night, but the pool looked fantastic.

This place DOES NOT ACCEPT CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS. However in my opinion, it's the only downside. They were willing to accommodate, and wait until the morning until we could go to an exchange and ATM. The location is also a little bit far back from the main street, but for the price, it can be looked over, they have their own restaurant which serves good food for breakfast/lunch/dinner. I thought I had free breakfast with my reservation, but I believe I made a mistake on my end. Food was still good.

Always having problems with facilities in are room,could do with new upgrade on some items.also staff trying to charge you for something you didn’t have.staff need to keep a better record of who is having what Because this business is losing money

Very close to the airport and a nice and quiet location. The pool is great for kids (and adults). Restaurant is pretty good for all meals. They can organize tours for you, I recommend booking the underground river tour with them where you can also engage in caving and zip line, very cool!

The rooms are ok, only a bit old furniture. The fridge didn’t work in our room but we didn’t need it so didn’t ask.

Lovely looking hotel, great pool, great looking restaurant, great ambiance, so close to the airport too, brilliant staff who went out of their way to help. I loved chilling in the pool at dusk watching the giant bats fly over head.

Being a Yorkshireman, I had hoped they'd have a kettle so I could make a cup of tea, room was smaller than I was expecting too.

Rooms were good for their price point. Would have appreciated the availability free toiletries and other supplies

Staff was not coordinated with my booking because my stay was booked almost 2 months in advance and they could not find my details. Hotel and restaurant seem understaffed for supposedly peak season

the food

the tour company which is part of the hotel, needs to be much more organized, they dont give clear information or an itenary that lists all the activities and transportation which was booked via them, this causes a lot of confusion.

The place is not far from the airport and the room we got was fronting the pool.

The road going to the hotel was terrible. I think they should fix it asap.

Great location, close to the airport, and great service. Needed a taxi a couple of times and the staff were extremely efficient in organising one for us. We stayed one night and it was helpful being able to grab breakfast there in the morning. Nice and quiet also.
