The room was very spacious, the staff welcoming and in a great location to enjoy Boracay, away from the noise of the main strip. It's nothing fancy but it felt like being part of the local community, instead of the tourist party at station 2. The WiFi worked perfectly and loved the table and chairs in the spacious balcony to sit and work in. It's quite green around there. There's air-con but as I don't like it, it was lovely to leave the windows open and sleep in the gentle breeze. They're protected by bars so it feels safe to do so - although the neighbourhood felt very safe anyway, with many Filipino families, which what I also found great about the stay. Great value for money option, and I would definitely go back again when in Boracay.

The location is only a few minutes walk to the beach and quiet. Managenent is very eager to please and accomodate us. He upgraded our room due to renovations in the other rooms. He gave us a room in the ground floor for my family who have difficulty walking. There is a small changing room, which is a great idea. A staff helped us with our baggage to get transport to the port.

Our rooms are excellent. There is nothing we did not like.

I felt at home the moment i stepped inside. It was home away from home. The coffee and hot water waiting anytime i want a cup and being able to cook anything anytime while in Boracay is a big plus for us who're on a tight budget. If given a chance again soon, I'll stay here again.

One is the location from the drop off. It was a struggle for me (old) to drag my trolley in the sand. If only there was a paved alleyway going straight from and to the public road, it would be great. Aside from that, everything was great. (Oh! Forgot about the small fridge. It wasn't working when I was there. I'm sure they'll have it fixed for the next happy family.

The location is walking distance from the beach (Station 3). There's a store nearby where you can buy basic needs and food. Horst and Grace were very kind and responded quickly in any queries. They allowed us to check-in 3 hours before our schedule. One of the staff, Rosemary was also approachable and dependable. We treated the place just like our own like saving water and power if not in use. Overall, it was great staying at Gracia's Inn and if there's a chance, we will stay again.

There are times that the water supply stopped for a few minutes. Also the main light is sometimes faulty, there's just one time that it didn't turn on after trying for 5 minutes, we're about to go out and forget something because I was focused on turning the light on.

It wont break your pocket when it comes to the cost/stay. Place is nice. We got what we expect. We were able to cook food on the place. Its spacious enough for 15 people with mixed kids, teens and adults. One of our room was upgraded to a deluxe one, just got lucky. Lol!

Not much to say. We are here to enjoy and have fun. Although i would say its a bit far from where the crowd is.

The location and the price is good. The staff are really friendly and accommodating.

Maybe, the kitchenwares. It would be nice if it were the same design and sizes of the plates and bowls, spoons and forks. There’s leak above of the kitchen sink. I think it’s from the AC on the second floor, and the sink in the toilet and shower room was leaking too.

Outside cooking facilities and refrigerator. Nice to relax on the balcony for food and drinks.

I booked this hotel purely on the basis breakfast was included but it wasn't. They say they stopped doing that a long time ago. So it is false advertising by booking.com

Comfortable and cozy room, with a homelike environment and atmosphere. I especially liked the terrace, the table. Everything is there for comfortable living, even a small kitchen on the terrace. Air conditioning plus a fan. The room is very spacious, hot water. The location was good, 50 meters from the beach, although there was a lot of algae in the sea in that place, but it is no longer the fault of the hostel. The owners are also very nice. There was a misunderstanding about the water because our English is not very good. But then they offered us drinking water, but that's not so important because water is sold everywhere for little money.

There was a rather old smell in the room, like a cat smell, but not so strong, or an old damp smell, not really clear. It didn't bother us much because the smell wasn't that bad. But I think this point could have been improved and it would have left an even more positive impression. Until 10 pm there was often bass music from a place near the beach, but it wasn't the hotel's fault and the music stopped after 10 pm.
