I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Henann Prime Beach Hotel, and it was truly an unforgettable experience! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the warm and friendly staff who made my check-in process seamless. The hotel boasts a stunning beachfront location on the world-renowned White Beach, providing breathtaking views right from my room. The accommodations were nothing short of luxurious. My room was spacious, elegantly decorated, and equipped with all the modern amenities one could need, including a comfortable bed and a private balcony. The cleanliness and attention to detail were evident throughout the hotel. One of the highlights of my stay was dining at the hotel’s restaurant. The menu featured a delightful blend of local and international cuisine, and every dish I tried was expertly prepared and bursting with flavor. The staff is fantastic, I want to thank especially to Irene and Lynel. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, offering a wide variety of options that catered to all tastes. The pool area was another fantastic aspect of the hotel. With its stunning infinity pool overlooking the beach, it provided the perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun. The poolside service was quick and attentive, ensuring that I always had a refreshing drink in hand. The location of Henann Prime Beach is ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions and activities. Whether I wanted to explore the vibrant local scene or simply unwind on the beach, everything was just a short walk away. Overall, my stay at Henann Prime Beach Hotel was exceptional. The combination of luxurious accommodations, outstanding dining, and attentive service truly sets this hotel apart. I can't wait to return and create more beautiful memories at this gem in Boracay! Near the beach

They only allow guests to swim until 8am -8pm even if we booked a de luxe room in front of the pool as they say they were cleaning the pool. But what i see is there are a lot of hotel attendants cleaning the pool the whole day, wasnt really able to utilize the pool. It was really unfair for people Like me who booked a room with a pool access but we werent able to utilize this amenity.

The breakfast at Henann Prime was absolutely amazing! The variety of food offered was consistently satisfying, catering to all tastes. The location of the hotel is unbeatable – it’s right next to the beach, making it incredibly convenient for a relaxing getaway. Unlike other stations, this area is peaceful and not overcrowded, adding to the tranquil experience. What truly sets this place apart is the exceptional service. All the staff are incredibly kind and attentive, with the restaurant team going above and beyond to ensure guests have a wonderful dining experience. I deeply appreciate their care and dedication. I highly recommend Henann Prime for anyone looking for a serene and enjoyable vacation.

Downside was the high security deposit, which I found a bit excessive.

The amenities we great! there was a great breakfast buffet. its close to the beach. the staff were amazing and hospitable!!

My fiancée and I visited Boracay and overall we had a nice stay. The room was really nice with beach views and the bed was really comfortable. The staff were attentive.

We requested an early check-in through email in advanced, even though we know that the check in is at 3PM. Unfortunately, we waited patiently 7h at the lobby. We do understand, but we suggest to at least offer welcome drinks at the lobby to accommodate your guests & if there is any requests from guests it’s nice to take them into account and actually do something about it, not having us to ask to the front desk many times and only get “it’s not ready”, instead of “let me ask the housekeeping”.

location in station 1 , quieter , staff exceptional especially Marty at the restaurant. but almost every one is perfect so helpful . makes our first visit to Boracay memorable . beautiful beach outstanding fine white sand not seen anywhere else besides natural green algae, room clean , area so vibrant at night walking on beach with so many restaurants , if you like seafood , this is the area. Spa , hair cut , buffet seafood so affordable compared to San Jose area in California. Lovely Valentine diner on the beach at the resort

not enough lounge chairs on beach

A must have to do in advance is booking the shuttle service from airport to port and to the hotel especially if you have an elderly person with you. The continental breakfast was value and plenty of options! The beach is so beautiful and the whitest and finest sand I've ever seen. The room was clean, nicely directly accessing a private pool. The staff are the friendliest and welcoming to us. Highly recommend this place!

The place was very well located and the only thing is having to cross the street to get to the other side to access front desk which is not a big problem. There is the friendly guard that helps guests cross to the other side and that addresses the problem.

The amenities and the staff

I wanted to provide some feedback regarding our experience, specifically concerning the bed in our room. Unfortunately, we found the bed to be quite uncomfortable since from the very first night we experienced itching. The discomfort and itchiness we experienced made it quite challenging for us to get a good night's sleep. We attempted to address this issue by changing our sleepwear and taking an additional bath, but the problem persisted. My partner and I chose not to inform the facility, as it would have been inconvenient for us due to our busy schedule, involving frequent in-and-out activities from the hotel room everyday.

Staff very courteous, specially staff at the restaurant and beach front. Design of the beach wing room that has access directly to the pool. The hearty breakfast buffet, they change menu every morning - 6 stars Room was enormous and bathroom with tub and rainshower was spacious.

MOSQUITOES by the terrace where the private access to the pool. MOSQUITOES inside the room even its already cold, again in the bathroon plenty of them. I had to buy 2x a.c. plug mosquitoe repellents just to keep them out of the room. I wanted to open the terrace sliding door but they kept on swarming in. We had an excellent time but we kept on swatting them and i think i caught a total of 6 during the stay. Its really a great resort and but i suggest that they invest on those mosquitoe light catcher.

Location, food, staff and cleaning service. Very pleasant stay. Food is better than most restaurants in the Boracay. Staff is friendly, and location I think is one of the best in Boracay. Silent, beautiful beach and sunset, and enough close to station 2 for party if needed.

Not all people respect the silent hours, and also they allow the kids to use pool even if pool is not open yet in the morning, especially for letting guests to have a proper rest. But this is not the resort's fault. Resort is not responsible for other people education and common sense. However, would be nice to have adults only options.
