I like that there is a private beach. The food and restaurant are top notch. You also get a cool fire show everyday with dinner. But what I liked the MOST is that this hotel had GOOD WIFI for working from the location or taking zoom video calls. When I went to Boracay I needed a hotel with good wifi and you will be very surprised how many hotels have TERRIBLE WIFI reviews. This would not fly for me because I had very important zoom work video calls I could absolutely NOT miss. This hotel went ABOVE AND BEYOND and I let them know I had this concern and they made sure to pre-test my room for wifi speed before I arrived. I have never had a hotel go above and beyond but I could not miss this meeting even if on vacation (you know how bosses are). This alone made me give this place a 10/10. It doesn't hurt that everything else is clean and nice.

The room was enormous, almost too big in fact. The bed was very big, in a good way. The mattress was firm and very comfortable. We had a sea view at the front of the property, which was nice. Tea on the terrace in the morning was a bonus! The staff were cheerful and attentive and were helpful.

The included breakfast was not the best. The quality of food was pretty poor. The staff are in desperate need of training. When toast is served, serve it with butter. When cereal is served, serve it with milk and a spoon. Basic items that should not have to be requested every time! It is not the fault of the staff, it is them fault of the management who trained them. This needs sorting out, as it put quite a dampener on our stay!

Rooms, pool and place is comfy, clean and very relaxing. The staff are friendly. The sea side is perfect and clean.

Im just disappointed for breakfast. We paid for buffet breakfast but unfortunately, on the second day they gave us 1 order for breakfast. They just inform us by sending a letter on the room that the breakfast for the next day is not buffet anymore due to have a few guess. That's really disappointing for me. We're expecting for that buffet and we paid for that. I think its unfair and its not our fault if your number of guess is not reach by your expected.

The location was perfect the hotel is at the quieter end of beach The layout of hotel was nice and the staff always said hello and smiled It is a very clean hotel There’s a free shuttle to drop you to station 2

The breakfast… you have a set menu to choose from, it took ages to get served and you have to keep asking for things like butter, milk etc I would have preferred a buffet breakfast so I can choose what to eat in the morning I think also there should be a hot water urn , a milk urn beside the coffee urn The room , we were not left hand towels or face towels each day so had to call down for them and the complimentary tea/ coffee was not replenished every day .. these are the small things I would expect from a 5 star hotel

The hospitality of the staff is incredible. The most friendly and hard workiing group to make your stay the most pleasurable in paradise. I cannot comment enough on how great their hospitality is. The hotel itself is well maintained and ours seemed modern and refurbished in the last couple of years. It's a cute simple hotel that has all that you need with a gym, pool, beachfront and sunbeds. The location is also excellent, on the quiet side of the main beach with a 20 min walk on the beach to the centre D-mall. Perfect hotel for those who want to enjoy philippines in a hotel with it's own charm and character, unlike some generic cookie cutter western hotels.

The only downside is that the property beach front is a bit small with limited sun beds. Also the tour vendors waiting at the front watching you while you sun bathe is a little uncomfortable.

- It would be good to include fruit options for breakfast as selection is limited - People reserve the already limited amount of beach chairs from 5am onwards. We rarely got the chance to sit on a deckchair - Waiters mixed up & forgot drinks/food orders on numerous occasions

My room was spacious and had direct view of the pool and beach. The room and bathroom both felt homely and comfortable. Location was perfect - we had direct access to one of the most beautiful beaches (White Beach) and reasonably far away from most of the crowd in Station 2. We had the most amazing sunsets due to the hotel facing west. Despite being located in Station 1, the main shopping areas of Station 2 was still accessible by foot (roughly 15 minutes walk). The staff were helpful and kind, and happy to assist with any inquiries.

Unfortunately, breakfast was a bit of a let-down. Due to our stay being in the low season, the buffet menu was not offered. Instead, we had a complementary a la carte menu which was relatively limited in options.

I am extremely satisfied with this hotel. The property is stunning, and the staff is exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with excellent amenities. The beachfront restaurant is fantastic; although a bit pricey, the convenience of being able to swim at the beach and then have lunch just a few steps away is outstanding. The sun loungers are great, and towels are provided on the beach, which is a wonderful touch. As for the beach itself, it’s truly one of the best in the world. The white sand and unparalleled comfort are rare to find. I can’t hide my excitement about this beach and the overall experience. Our trip was amazing, and this hotel played a big role in making it so memorable.

As they say in the Maldives……. No news, no shoes! And Boracay’s Ambassador in Paradise has that same luxury feel. You relax the moment you get into the Hotel’s Air Conditioned Minibus for the transfer from Cataclan Airport (I really recommend using the hotel’s transfer service - minibus, speedboat, minibus). With it’s white coral sand, and unimpaired access to the beach, you can stay the whole time at the hotel and enjoy the fabulous food, drink and service as you would in the Maldives, but you also can take the opportunity to sample all the other restaurants and nightlife along the 7km stretch of Coral beach. I would also recommend booking activities through the hotel, as they are cheaper than the beach sellers. Amazing holiday for us as a family, just as it was 12 years ago as a couple. Cannot wait to return again!!
