White sand Beach is great . This property is by the beach and not busy when we went there. This property took care of the transportation from the Caticlan Airport to the property (yeah!). Junior suite room was excellent with a part view of the ocean by our patio. Enjoyed the variety of food served at the 3 restaurants . Love the Breakfast ( love the Filipino food that we both have not eaten for awhile) plus they asked a "magtataho" to serve us which is also part of the breakfast. The most important thing was the superb customer service by the Filipino team. Keep up the good work for years to come. Could not ask for more so Salamat and till we see u all again. We would highly recommend this place for those who want to experience Boracay at it's best.

We just wanted to see more lighting down the steps to the Sand restaurant maybe starting at 5 am . Other than that , everything was great.

When you stay on Boracay, you should be located close to White Beach (the best beach on the island). This hotel is located on white beach station 3 (there is 1,2 and 3). There are some other nice hotels, but rather far. The hotel has direct access to the beach. On the right side, you can go kiting. This is the only location where are kiters. The hotel is not so big but has all you need, the stuff is amazing and very helpful. Every evening the hotel was providing the bus to go to White Beach Station 2, where the most things going on the island, it is for free, when wanted to come back they will pick you up. We had a double floor apartment with a jacuzzi on the roof it was very nice, could ho there during the night we stayed there with our 2 kids and wad enough space, we got extra bed. Weather - we were there from 2- 8 October, and the weather forecast was showing rain every day. When we arrived, it was raining mostly at night and during the day for a short time, like on Caribbean. However, it was cloudy, and we could spend more time outside. When there is sunny weather, it is so hot that everybody is looking for a shadow and staying outside of the beach. In general, don't trust the weather forecast, and you shouldn't worry about travelling to Boracy. To conclude, we were very happy from our stay and really like the hotel.

There were some renovation works during our stay and sometimes we could hear big noise when chilling on the swimming pool, but it wasn't all the time. There is a kids club with a lady who is taking care of kids but only from 16-17. Would recommend the hotel to increase the time. Except these two points, nothing to add.

Rooms so so big suites ...snacks free at 11am amd 3pm! Go the beach frontAt theses times! They giv away snacks for free! Nice rooms and showers walk in ! Cleanrooms and raho for breakfast was the best! Good brekafast choices!tye best beach front in station1 ! Junior suitesa re the best for famililies!!!!! Ill be back!

STAFF: The service their staff provides is kind of insane. They seemed to have everything we asked for. Every staff would greet and smile. All of them were very accommodating, especially Andy and Harry, who we would run to when we needed something and they always helped us out. The staff is definitely one of the reasons I would stay here again. CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: The check-in process was a bit lengthy compared to hotels, but that's usually how it is for resorts. The check-out process was very fast though. The welcome drink was really good. ROOM: Every time we got back to our room, it's always newly cleaned and there were always snacks waiting for us! We always got excited seeing those :) I don't know who did it among our Housekeeping GEMs (Chona/Michie/Clinton/Kisses), but they have mastered the art of towel folding. They always left little notes which I thought was very sweet. The galaxy light was a nice touch too. My favourite part of the room was the plunge pool. SHUTTLE SERVICE: Getting from the airport to the resort was a breeze and it came with oatmeal cookies. We didn't have to do anything but follow where the staff tells us to go. They also have shuttle service between Stations 1 to 3 which was very convenient for us. FOOD/DRINK: The were plenty of breakfast choices at Sand's. The taho tatay shows up at 8am :) We also went for breakfast at Forno Osteria, which was more of a Western breakfast. Lunch and dinner options at Sand's were abundant. I especially loved the seafood they cooked on the spot upon ordering. LOCATION: The location is perfect! It is located at almost the end (I think) of Station 1 so it was a bit far from the beach activities (again, there's shuttle service) and away from the crowd. We mostly stayed at the resort so that didn't really matter to me. The beach is just right in front so it's perfect! OTHERS: We booked our activities with the hotel.

Great facilities. Great service in all places - pool, beachfront and restaurants. Special mention to MarkJem or Jemmark? He was everywhere - and he did great in the Italian restaurant for dinner on the 24th and 25th set breakfast as well as the room service.

Breakfast buffet lacked variety. No garlic rice on our first buffet. Choices were so limited and eggs tasted funny. Also the egg station person was a bit forgetful or perhaps intimated by an obnoxious guest and he gave my order to him even if I ordered it minutes before. The guy asked the cook for an omelette with my exact speccifications and he just gave it nervously to this guy because the guy was loud and intimidating. I just let it slide because it was Christmas.

Room was far. Also have been requesting thru email re bigger room (2 bedroom suite), no one suggested connecting rooms, etc. A bigger room became available but it was given to someone else. I hope that in the data base the resort can also show guest relation officers those who have been requesting and not just “upgrade” others. And for reservations/ guest relations to think out of the box so they can offer options to guests.

This hotel exceeded our expectations and more. It may have been expensive but it was so worth the money! The airport transfer was smooth and even had treats on their private speedboat. Checking in was a bit late but we were surprised to have been met with a special birthday cake and greetings in our room! Every single staff would greet you during your entire stay. The room was superb and when we requested a pool-side room, they graciously gave us a room overlooking the pool and beach which was just amazing. The whole stay was wonderful especially with our 4 year old who swam 3 hours in the pool in the morning and 4 hours in the beach in the afternoon. The reason we booked this was because of how easy you can lay on the beach beds and order a drink or food while you get to watch your kid play by the waves as the sun sets. Just amazing. Food was very good too. I recommend their pizza restaurant after a tiring day at the beach. I have stayed in lots of other hotels in station 1 but this is the best so far. Would definitely come back next year!

Very hospitable staff. The premiere one bedroom of the hotel was excellent.

Breakfast selection was mediocre at best.

Although the amenities and facilities of the hotel were excellent, what really stood out was the quality of service they offered for the guests. They offer a complimentary foot wash (with light scrub) upon arrival but could also be requested at another time if you wish. My partner and I were celebrating our 5th year anniversary and there was an anniversary cake waiting for us at the room when we arrived. The room was huge with a private jacuzzi at the second floor terrace. There was also some free sweet/dessert treats every evening delivered to our room. It was my partner's first visit to the Philippines and Boracay and he was very impressed. Thanks to the team!
