Great location! Just few meters from the beach and not so crowded. Accommodating and friendly staff. Spacious room. Good water pressure. Budget-friendly hotel.

Access from the main road is quite far. The hotel appears outdated and could benefit from improvements to its finishes. The Wi-Fi connection is slow and unstable, making it unsuitable for remote workers. Additionally, there were ants and mosquitoes present during my stay. Still, the hotel is overall good for me.

The location of the property is only about 10 meters from the beach, passing 3 establishments (blue wave hotel, as restaurant, a bar, and another hotel. Staff were very accommodating. We had a good sleep, it was far enough from the noise of the bar at the beach front.

The map location was misleading, hope they can place the pin on its correct location. To access the hotel, the entrance is between, Discovery Suites and Ambassadors, from the beach front. No road access.

The staff was polite

This place was a dump. We booked a deluxe double and they put us in a single. The room stank like mold and the bathroom smelled like old urine. There were weird stains on the sheets that looked like old rust or blood and at night, hundreds of ants came out of the ceiling of the shower. We cancelled our booking and left after only one night. They charged us the "normal price" of the room which was 4000 php or 70 euros. An insane amount of money for a horrible hotel. There are far better options in Boracay for less money and I would stay away from this place.
