Tucked between large fancy high-end resorts in Station 1 is this small old-fashioned accommodation which feels like a family-owned vacation home in the 80s that was just re-opened by its owner to a few guests. To manage your expectations, the room and the facilities are as dated, but its discretion it its charm. You have access to the same glorious portion of Boracay's White Beach (Station 1) all the same.

The rooms are quite dated. It feels like a guest room in a family's house. Don't get me wrong, the rooms are large and comfortable--the bed, bathroom, and facilities are just not new, or as you would expect in large modern resorts.

The hotel was homey. Some of the facilities like shower were quiet outdated, but we stayed comfortably nonetheless. Aircon was so cold, we had a huge tv, a small fridge and staff was more than willing to help when we needed anything.

The shower was outdated and there was no bedroom slippers. The place offered american and filipino complimentary breakfast, but take note that they don't have a restaurant when we needed food outside breakfast hours, so that's something to keep in mind. There are restaurants however in nearby hotels which is just beside this property.

The hotel has direct access to both the main road and to white beach which we found ideal for a group like ours with 11 adults including a senior, and 4 children. We had the option to take the public transpo if we needed to go somewhere far from the hotel, or take a leisurely walk along the beach if we're planning to go somewhere a bit near. It was conveniently located from D'mall and all the restaurants along Station 1, but was also far enough from the crowd and noise of Station 2. The staff were very helpful and we're always available. We noticed that they have a very limited number of staff. One of the staff who was waiting for orders was the same staff that did the housekeeping. But they were still very responsive with all of our requests and were able to accommodate all our requests despite of that. They were always very polite and were very efficient in completing their tasks. Generally, the hotel, with the exception of the lobby and the cafeteria is a little bit outdated. But what the hotel lacked in style was overly compensated by the cleanliness of the rooms, the toilets, the corridors and even the pool. Everything were well kept and we're regularly cleaned. I hope they would consider improving the lighting of the rooms, the corridors, the garden pathwalk, and the pool area which could significantly improve the overall look and feel of the hotel during night time. The rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The pillows, the sheets, and the towels were very clean. The refrigerator, too, although old, was very clean. The wifi was decent but the hotel could use an upgrade for smart TVs. Overall, our family had a wonderful stay at Las Brisas.

The hotel could improve to include a wider choice of breakfast options.

The staffs were really friendly and very helpful. Location wise in station 1 right in front of the beach is great.

The room needs improvement. The room we were in: - the toilet was clogged and not flushing appropriately. - not all of the lights were working in the room. - the sink in the toilet were not draining well.

Location is perfect. The staff is very kind and helpful.

When we arrived, the water in the pool was not suitable for swimming. We spoke to the staff and the next morning the pool was perfectly clean.

Breakfast is plated, And the location is very nice Beach front and with east access to main road. Towels and beddings is clean and white

The rattan set and the foam is dirty. if they improve the appearance of the Beach Front, that the guest can lay down, Beach bed is plastic and is Not comfortable, suggestion if the change Beach bed into plastic rattan the same with the rattan set outside the room, during the Day guest cannot use the Beach bed or chairs because there a lot of standy who is Not a guest, like tour coordinator and others who offer services.

I really enjoyed my stay at Las Brisas. The location in Station 1 is quiet and peaceful — perfect for those who want to relax and enjoy Boracay away from the usual crowds and noise. The staff were very accommodating and friendly, always ready to assist with anything we needed. It’s a wonderful place for a calm beach getaway, ideal for travelers looking for a more laid-back and restful experience.

The cleanliness of the room could be improved. There were some noticeable dust and cobwebs in certain areas, and the toilet could use a more thorough cleaning and whitening. The furniture and lighting also look a bit dated and would benefit from some refurbishment or touch-ups to make the room feel fresher and more comfortable.

Friendly, helpful staff. Great location. Very good breakfast and many choice. Very good price. We recommand.
