Staff were very friendly, everything we needed in the hotel, and they were able to extend our booking by one night which was very reasonably priced.

They never made up the room, even when we left one day at 10am and didn’t get back till maybe 5/6pm and left the “please make up room” button on, they never did it even tho we asked the house keeping on the way out, they still didn’t do it, our friends on the lower floor left at 12 mid day and got back same time and their room had been made up! The 2nd day this also happened. However the staff were lovely and got us toilet roll when we ran out and came to change the bed sheets at 6am when my partner spilled a massive water bottle all over the bed.

The bedroom was absolutely amazing. Comfy and beautiful room. Nice view of the pool area and bathroom was good too. The food was quite delicious. Their free shuttle into the city/town was brilliant and their staff were just a delight. There was also a 7-Eleven on site which was majorly appreciated.

It was a pricey place but we knew that it would be when booking it. If I had one note, it would be that the sunrise excursion (free) should be inline with the sunrise rather than after.

Excellent service from Staff. It really made a difference. Five Stars for Savoy Boracay Hotel staff. At first, I thought that the location was going to be a problem because of its distance from white beach. But i found peace and tranquility in Newcoast. I felt safe in the area. Tip: always reserve ahead for the complimentary shuttle service for a stress free trip to D'mall.

Nothing, but.... I felt unfortunate that I have to spend my vacation in Boracay and stay in Savoy during a Company Convention (feb 28-mar 2). The hotel lobby was always crowded, "these delegates" from the said convention were even rowdy in the hallways, felt like they were the "priority" from the shuttle service duhh. It was chaotic qnd an unpleasant experience.

It was clean with very good internet connection.

I already knew it was a bit far from the white beach but I was expecting to be able to use the hotel shuttle service. I wasn't able to so I ended up paying extra every ride to and from the hotel. Not a deal breaker but something you have to add to your cost when considering.

We had an amazing stay at Savoy Hotel Boracay! The private beach was clean, peaceful, and free from the algae we saw at Stations 1 & 2. We loved the pools, gym, and spa, and the included breakfast was excellent—offering Filipino, American, and English options. The hotel also has a great restaurant, with more dining spots and a 7-Eleven nearby. The staff were amazing—from the restaurant crew to housekeeping. A special shoutout to Alli and Darwin at the front desk who went above and beyond to meet all our needs. Their warm hospitality really made a difference. One of the best things about Savoy is its exclusive, uncrowded location. It’s peaceful and perfect for unwinding, yet the city center is just a 10-minute free shuttle ride away if you want to explore more of Boracay. We left with nothing but good memories. All nine of us were extremely satisfied and would absolutely recommend Savoy Hotel to anyone looking for a balance of relaxation, convenience, and excellent service. Can’t wait to go back!

We had the most amazing time at Savoy Hotel Boracay during our 5-day holiday! From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed. The staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and attentive — always wearing a smile and ready to assist. Their hospitality made a huge difference in our stay. The rooms were modern, clean, and very comfortable — perfect for a family like ours. We loved waking up to the peaceful view from our balcony every morning. Housekeeping was spot on, keeping everything fresh and tidy daily. What made this stay extra special was the hotel’s private beach access. It was just a short walk or shuttle ride away and offered the most serene and uncrowded part of Boracay’s white sand shores — a true hidden gem! The kids enjoyed swimming, building sandcastles, and just being free. The pool area was another family favorite! Spacious, clean, and so inviting — perfect for winding down after a day of exploring. They also had fun activities and live entertainment in the evenings, which made our nights even more enjoyable. Breakfast had a great variety with something for everyone, and the restaurant staff made sure we started our day with full tummies and happy hearts. To top it all off, the peaceful location away from the hustle and bustle of Station 2 made it feel like a real retreat, yet we still had easy access to D’Mall and other attractions.

Very clean, the public area team did a splendid job and worked relentlessly to ensure everything was spotless. All staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The spa was one of the best I have been to. The Savoy restaurant had delicious lunches, but expect a waiting period of 30mins to get your food. Free shuttle on schedule going to the "city" took about 15mins to reach D'mall. Would definitely stay again.

Breakfast was overcrowded at certain days with nowhere to sit. The close-by beach did not have any sunbeds/umbrellas or any other facilities except kayaking. The second pool got a bit dirty with palm tree pollen falling in the water.

The staff was superb. Really nice and kind. The room is super clean and comfortable. The pool is beautiful. We enjoyed our stay. The staff is very accomodating and polite. Super helpful

Had a bad experience with the night shuttle service driver though. He embarrased me in front of other hotel guests when I didn't reserve a ride back to the hotel as I wasn't aware. He nagged and shouted. But not the foreigners who also didn't make reservations. The hotel is a bit far from station 1. Had to work our schedule according to the shuttle service schedule which is a little inconvenient. Had to rent a ride for P300 just to get to our activity because there was no avaiable shuttle early in the morning.

The ambiance of the hotel is very warm and welcoming, as much as the accommodating staff, it feels like home away from home. it is also well-maintained and well-secured.

The thing that didn't pleased us as much is that in our room when we inspected it once we arrived was that.. there was an open leftover bottled coconut juice inside the small refrigerator and the room amenities like the slippers, towel etc were incomplete, some even were unavailable. So that could be improved. oh! The elevator incident that happened to my partner and I along with 2 other guests where the elevator was clicked to go to floor 5, it went there then it came to a sudden stop with a weird sound and went down to floor 4, and the door opened with the floor slab showing and slowly adjusting to the right height which was an ultimately weird and unexplainable experience, to be fair.. but no one got harmed so we didn't file any report. but hopefully that doesn't happen again.

-We booked 2 rooms and I liked that they put us in connecting rooms. - The buffet breakfast spread was good. -We love the pools and not too many people yet during the first 3 days of our stay, so it seemed we had the pool for ourselves. - We also love the private beach/cove. We only went to the Stations once and theyre too crowded, so the private cove really was enough for us. - Our rooms also had the best view--we can see the Keyhole. - Keyhole tour was amazing! - Free shuttle services to the beach cove and Stations. - There were food stalls near the beach for lunch and dinner options. - Friendly and efficient staff!

-Beach has lots of algae. - Rooms not cleaned everyday. We have to call and request for it. - Theres no separation of shower and toilet areas in our CR. So when we use the shower the entire CR floor is wet 😑. Hope you can fix this minor issue. - On our 5th day the breakfast buffet was too crowded already, and the food were not replenished quickly. But I could understand this because there were too many people.
