I liked everything about this hotel. Location, staff, room, food. That was a really great stay. The staff is friendly, polite. The room is pleasant, clean and comfortable. The beach is cleaner than in White beach, not crowded, it’s like a private beach. I highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed for 5nights here and we had a very pleasant stay.The rooms were very spacious and clean. Bed and sheets were very comfortable. They provide drinking water in all the corridors and also ice near the front desk,which was very nice given the summer heat. I don't think other hotels provide this so it was a very big plus. All the staff were also very nice and super helpful. I cannot say anything bad about any of them, they provided 5star service,in my opinion. We also liked their game area they have foosball and table tennis, some board games too. My family had a lot of fun playing there. There is also a small mall with a supermarket one tricycle away for those who need to buy supplies or medicine, so that is also a plus. The beach in front of the hotel is a bit rocky, and may be challenging for young kids and the elderly to get to, but just a few meters away is a very nice beach in front of the Dinibar restaurant. It is a lot more quiet that the main white beach. There are also some coral on this beach so its very nice for snorkeling. We saw several puffer fish and other colorful fish in the reef. You can also rent a kayak or paddle board to go to the other cove beside it, and it was very nice to do this during sunset. This hotel is really a great value for money.

The pillows could be improved. Only downside I can see in this resort is it is far from the main beach where you have a lot of restaurants to choose from.Some people might not like that but for us, it was more important for us that we are in a more quiet portion of boracay because we don't like the noise in the main stations, so it was still very good. They provide free shuttle to go to station 2, though in limited times only (every 2 hours) and you can also take a tricycle any time.

It is quiet far from all the other tourists in Boracay. So if you would like to enjoy the beach and pool in peace this is good or traveling as a family.

Since you are far from the boracay main strip you only really do have a few choices with restaurants. The hotel does offer a free shuttle to the main strip and back. But if you want to go at it on your own you might have trouble getting to the main strip late at night as there aren't as many E trikes outside the hotel during late hours to bring you.

The location is away from the crowded area of the main beach, nestled within the property itself. The property meets its price point and has friendly staff. The breakfast served consists of Filipino dishes, though a bit more variety would be appreciated. We stayed at the hotel for 9 days and found the neighborhood to be nice and friendly. Additionally, they offer a scheduled shuttle service to the main beach area and the mall.

A water dispenser and ice are available in the hall. However, the air conditioning in our room was too loud. If you are not accustomed to smaller rooms with everything close together, this might not be the best choice. Our room had a window, but the view was of garbage and people residing in the area. The hotel is situated in the middle of a residential area, far from the main beach and the mall. Inside the property, the ambiance is pleasant and faces the beach. However, the surrounding areas outside the property are less appealing. I think I set my expectations of the island too high, given its popularity among foreigners and travelers.

Staff were excellent, approachable and kind.

The view of our room outside looks unpleasant to see. Rubbish everywhere. We just close the curtain all the time in order not to see the view outside.

Because it is a branded hotel, most of its standards are met, especially in terms of service. Staff are exceptionally trained to handle guests. They are always ready to assist with a smile. Never get irritated. Hats off! Scheduled round-trip shuttle to D'Mall was also a plus, especially since the area is a bit far from the center, and it will cost you an arm and a leg to hire a tricyle going to the center.

One thing that did not sit well with me was the location, which is too far from the main road, plus the food, which did not meet my expectations. But overall, the entire property speaks a lot about its brand.

Super friendly and helpful staff. The great food from Mamas Fish Restaurant right on tbe beach. The pool. The breakfast. The comfy beds and spacious rooms. And the feeling that you're away from the tourist hustle and bustle, and in luxury, but within a reasonable budget. LOVE this place!

Genuinely the best location for any hotel on Boracay - we have stayed here twice. I recommend rooms with small balconies. Preferably over looking the pool and sea . Staff are great and always smiling and helpful. Only downside is the rooms air con is noisy and needs a new modern system. I would recommend the hotel better utilise the children’s play area and convert it into a toddler pool surrounded by sunbeds - as the current facilities are not used and the only pool is too deep for kids plus there’s a shortage of sunbeds. I would also enforce a policy of not allowing towel blockers to walk away from sunbeds any longer than 30 mins as there are too few sunbeds . Snorkelling is very good in front of the hotel - I also recommend the hotel use its position to hire out paddle boards and canoes - the local guy next door does not have any usable water equipment

We had never been to Boracay before, so we found out about the 4 "stations" system when we got there. Turns out we hadn't booked at any of the four, as this hotel is on Diniwid Beach, just past Station 1. This was very lucky because when we visited station 2 with the free shuttle bus from the hotel, I found out it was exactly what I like to avoid on beach vacations: busy, full of tourist traps, and full of people trying to sell you stuff. Diniwid Beach on the other hand had a more calm, even private feel, though it is not a private beach for only this hotel. The staff was also friendly, the rooms nice and clean, and it was overall very good quality, especially at this price.

If you want to be in the middle of the action, near all the restaurants and stores and activities, then maybe this isn't the place for you (though there are free shuttle busses there and back every 2 hours).
